I will write this review because it’s not the first time that I had trouble with instashop. When you order from them they will call you many time; some products will be missing and you can also be deliver by the wrong order. I don’t recommand you this application.

Really difficult to use - and often the stuff you order is sold out. Try using some of the alternative apps

Order from Spinneys, mouldy taramasalata. InstaShop refused to do anything, no refund , no credit, nothing. Absolutely disgraceful when I spend a fortune . I have never encountered such bad service from a food shop. All shops when you buy faulty food which doesn’t expire for another 10 days should refund when it arrives mouldy.☹️☹️☹️

Unprofessional services, Incapable of fulfilling orders correctly and timely!!! On many occasions, I received incomplete, wrong items. Instashop charges for its services but has no control in place regarding its providers using their platform. Providers send wrong, incomplete, and not fresh items almost every other order, and most of the time, deliveries are made late. Selected items go out of stock after payment is done, and you will have to wait to get your refund for this! Why do out of stock items show up for customers in the first place?! Call center reps close complain tickets without resolving issues and not very willing to help either!! Online shopping is supposed to be easy and smooth, but with Instashop, there will always be issues that customers have to spend extra time sorting out!!

This is the worst app. I have never seen any app having such a pathetic customer care even I will never recommend it to anyone because once I refer to earn 15 instapoints at the same time,instashop suspends the account. They can't even give 15 instapoints, they have no reason for anything. They have no record on orders. I hate this app.
