I won £2800 and the funds were in my account within less than 24 hours of my withdrawal request. Read alot of negative so was not expecting much. I joined deposited £20 , won big and after I verified ID and address I withdrew £600 within 6 hours money was in my bank. Put another £20 in and withdrew £118. Can't fault it at all I haven't had such problems like others seem to have.

Been using this casino for about a year from the UK.

Not had too many major issues except from the customer service being terrible.

Withdrawals are done somewhat quickly, however the payments team will use regular tactics of delaying your withdrawal if you have a history of cancelling them. As they do not batch process withdrawals and do them one by one.

I won two spins on roulette that were not paid out. I thought it was just a delay as it usually corrects itself.

I was told to clear cookies etc and wait which i did. Still nothing. So they said they will contact the gaming provider. They also said they cannot tell me the gaming provider, as if its not there for all to see (pragmatic).

This raised alarms to me and has me thinking maybe it is not pragmatic and that is just a white label provider.

I explained the times of the win, the balance at the time, and the amount etc. They said they will get back to me as soon as they get a response. 3 days later I get a response saying. " the provider has checked history and says it landed on number 26".
