Interesting and intriguing from the first clue to the last and a great introduction to parts of the city that we would definitely not have visited without the institute of wonder pack. Well thought out, well executed and a delightful surprise at the end.

The material and experience of the Institute of Wonder adventure in Kødbyen was really great. It gave some new insights to the area, the story was sweet and the tasks a perfect balance between "easy" and challenging. I will definitely recommend it to both locals and tourists, and I plan to try out some of the other areas in the future.

My friend and I have done both Kødbyen and Assistens
Kirkegård, and are looking forward to try Christiania. It's a great way to explore in your own pace, solve fun puzzles, and learn something of the area that you wouldn't otherwise have noticed.
I bought a Puzzle Walk from here and went with my partner. We had such a good time! Even though I’m born and raised in the area, it opened my eyes to new places in the city.
I had a lovely time learning the secret history of my neighbourhood on one of the puzzle walks. Maybe not how the game was meant to be played but I nevertheless enjoyed it. I still think about the experience now and then when I'm crossing Kødbyen.
My partner & I love to travel & we love to play games too. The puzzle walks provided by Institute of Wonder are a wonderful way to combine these 2 interests. We took the Kødbyen puzzle walk on a lovely sunny day and really enjoyed figuring out the puzzles, learning secret bits of history, and getting to spend time together wandering around with a purpose. A day of fantastic memories was created! Highly recommended for all adventurous & playful souls!
So - The deal is buy a closed kit, with riddles to solve and explore a area of interest in Copenhagen while doing so. The price is 600DKR or roughly 80EUR. For that You get a couple of B/W printouts and a pamphlet... The kids laughed at the kit, then at me for buying it. Never the less, the whole thing takes about 45minute to complete (if you take a coffebreak during the walk). Utterly a waste of money - Scroll though tripadvisor and a online tourist guide instead. A brief complain on the content / quality to the Company resulted in a swift refund, - great service ! So it is one star for The Product and Five stars for The service - which lead to a total of 3 stars

I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our experience. I am not sure what went wrong - from our play tests and feedback the experience takes around 2 hours. Puzzle Walks are a relative new concept that not all people know what entails and we need to be better at managing expectations.
It takes us 3-4 months to develop the puzzle walk with thorough research into the history of the area to make sure that the stories we tell are not the ones easily found in a tourist guide. The package includes introduction letters and a 40+ pages full colored notebook (what you called a pamphlet) with hand-made illustrations from a professional illustrator and location specific puzzles that have taken months to develop and test as well as an overarching story written for the experience. Furthermore the package includes a locked tin box with more nicknacks for puzzles, providing you with everything you need for having a self-guided escape-room-like experience in the public space.
We are a small company that puts care and attention into our products, the costs of the materials, cost of development and VAT on top, there is no way we can make the product any cheaper. We are also on the cheap end compared to similar experiences out there.
Nevertheless, we take the experience and satisfaction of our customers seriously and therefore offer a money back guarantee for whom the experience was not for them (which you also utilized).
