Komt afspraken niet na.

Begin november 2024 big bags met grind besteld en betaald via de website, 4 stuks. Niet geleverd binnen 14 dagen (de termijn die op de website wordt aangegeven). Contact gezocht, ook onze hovenier heeft meerdere malen gebeld en berichten gestuurd. Contactpersoon zeer slecht bereikbaar via telefoon/whatsapp. Traag antwoord op email. Belofte gekregen van levering binnen x aantal dagen. Niet geleverd.
Zelf besloten de bestelling te annuleren. Hiervoor eind dec 2024 via email ons geld terug gevraagd aan instylebestrating.nl. Met lange tussenpozen zijn enkele mails heen en weer gestuurd. Er is meerdere keren beloofd dat het geld zal worden teruggestort. Ook met belofte 'binnen x dagen ontvangt u het geld'. Maar tot nu nog steeds niets gezien op onze rekening.
Zeer slechte service.
Enige vertraging is uiteraard niet altijd te vermijden. Dit is echter buiten proporties. We zijn 5 maanden verder. Ik raad dit bedrijf niet aan.
