Putting things right after making a mistake
Having made a complaint and written a previous review for Trustpilot, I was delighted when the proprietor telephoned me, apologising for having sent too little of the product External Use Armaflex Pipe Insulation (Black 2m). The member of staff had been off sick, which explained the delay in dealing with my original contact to them. Not only did they refund the money for the product which was missing, they were also kind enough to provide me with 10 straps to secure the insulation material for free. Top marks for customer services. I will be delighted to return to your again when I have need of your products.

We purchased a hot tub insulated cover a year and a half ago and we the cover we bought deteriorated over winter, I contacted insulation and more about the cover, they told me they had improved the design since we purchased our cover and would send us a new one out! Would highly recommend
Excellent quality, and delivery, I bought the insulation side and pump covers for my lazy spa vagas, has made a big positive impact on the running cost. Using the tub on a frosty evening and using the bubbles, the water temperature did not drop below 38 degrees, the temp outside was 0 degrees, (my tub is covered by a gazebo so has a bit of protection from the elements). I will be buying the lid cover next and would definitely recommend the product and company.
