review placed on wrong company many apologies

Ordered insulated plasterboards on the Sunday evening and received a phone call on Monday asking what day we wanted delivery. On our day of delivery, Friday, we got a call mid afternoon saying they were struggling to make the delivery due to huge traffic jams on the M1 (a few junctions were closed due to a major accident) but would see what they could do.

Around 4pm, a small van with all the plasterboard showed up! They'd transferred our order to another van to ensure they made delivery. Really impressed with this company - by far the cheapest and fantastic customer service. Thank you!

When placing the order they said it was in stock but unknown to them the product was out of date. They rang back to say new stock in couple days and it was and they delivered next day - good customer service !!!

Recenty bought some insulation. Company was easy to contact via telephone for advise and subsequently delivered the goods promptly.

Found their web site and placed an order, I had a specific delivery date which I entered in the notes section. Received a phone call to confirm delivery. Delivery arrived on the specified date at 8:18 am. No hassle, no messing about, they delivered what I ordered on the day I wanted at a great price which was half of the local supplier.

I had to cancel my order and the only delivery option was for a signed service with a ten hour window. When I said I couldn't take a day off work to accommodate this, and a ten hour window was ridiculous, the lady on the phone made out that I was strange and every one else managed to take delivery. Clearly you have to be unemployed with no kids not to leave your house for 10 hours in one go. They only deliver Monday to Friday as well. Anyway, I have have delivered by their competition, in a sensible 4 hour window that didn't need signing for.

This is how a company should be run; an easy website, delivery details and payment. Almost as quick as buying form a shop, ordered Monday am and arrived Tuesday am. The best company I have dealt with online. Perfect.

I got exactly what I wanted, the insulation was as described and came well packed. Delivery company was polite and put the pallet as close as posdible to the entrance. Even got a call from the company to arrange delivery which is unusual when ordering online, this ment I knew all had gone through and smoothly.

I was recommended to Insulation Place as being very good value for money. The order was straightforward to place online and I was notified by phone of the delivery date. I also got a call on the day from the driver to say he would be 30 mins. I cannot fault this service or the products.

Best price for the insulation required, and they called me up to plan the delivery, gave me the option of dates for delivery, use them twice now, no problems at all
