I called this company requesting a loss assessor. I was spoken to with humour, candidness and with great confidence by one of nature's gentleman - Jeff Salmon. I left the conversation bristling with new knowledge about how best to deal with my claim.

Mr Salmon was calm and reassuring and I am still glowing with happiness that a person would treat me with such kindness and warmth at a stressful time. Thank you Mr Salmon for your time and expertise.

Jeff has to be one of the most honest and genuine people in the business. He totally helped me figure out how to navigate the world of loss adjustors. I literally couldn’t recommend him more highly. He has a wicked sense of humour too!

Jeff is a legend and went the extra mile to give me advice. He even offered to give me advice in the future for the case that I am dealing with at the moment. He had a wealth of knowledge and definitely pointed me in the right direction.

Dealing with Jeff was an absolute pleasure. Very funny guy, and knows his subject inside out. I called for initial advice, which he generously gave and will save me lots of time dealing with the insurance company. Would thoroughly recommend.

I spoke with Jeff Salmon regarding my claim. Although it was too late to take on the case on a commission basis, Jeff generously offered his time and expertise without charge. He provided clear, honest advice on how to settle my claim and even offered to speak to the loss adjuster on my behalf. Jeff pointed out a few fundamental mistakes I had made, which was incredibly insightful and helpful.

John and Jeff have been invaluable over the last 5 years in helping us settle a Covid insurance claim. The insurance company QBE refused the claim initially but with the help of John and Jeff over the course of time they have settled all of our claims. In the process they had to tirelessly escalate matters and at every turn QBE were difficult but they persisted for the right outcome and won!
