Very satisfied with the result.

I found them very easy to deal with Tracy explained everything and that helpede to decide to take out a policy with them

I had excellent service from two different service officers who actually listened, reviewed, and acted on the information I gave them. I was impressed by speed with which my problem was solved.

i had to be transferred a couple of times due to my error but the gentleman who set my policy up was easy to speak to and explained the plans vlearly

It was very easy to do online as I have a trouble speaking on the phone my voice isn’t legible so it was great to have company that I can do online other companies either want to speak with you or have a family member with you which they work it’s hard to get my family to come into the nursing home so that’s the reason I picked Insurance line because it’s easy for me I have brain but iam in a wheelchair as well Thankyou I wish other companies would take that on board

I actually got to talk to someone I could understand and new the product very well explained it to me very well after I had spoken to about 15 insurance companies he was the best

I had been with Insuranceline for may years and had been approached by other companies with offers at a much lower monthly fee.
