Easy sign-up, but random cancellation
Sign-up was all straightforward. However, my policy got cancelled (I did not get a new insurance certificate), although I never changed anything. I had to set up a new insurance policy, and hopefully get refunded for the double payment.

The website was very straightforward and easy to use. It was also very flexible allowing me to choose the amount to insure for and length of time
