Susie was absolutely lovely, she put me at ease and was very competent

My agent was quick and efficient in dealing with my query and very clear in explaining what was involved. In addition I had feared that updating my policy might lead to additional costs, but it turned out that I was entitled to the update free of charge, which was a welcome surprise.

The service I received today was vey helpful , Bradley was very patient with me and explained the process for me to update my existing policy.

I wanted to inform insure & escape about my husband’s change in health. A very professional gentleman called Deixster answered the call very quickly and he went through the process extremely patiently and accurately, didn’t rush us, just wanted to make sure all the information we had provided was correct.
This gentleman is an asset and credit to the Company.

I bought travel insurance 6 months in advance with Insure & Escape for a wedding I was due to attend. The wedding is being postponed and that is for a day over a year after I first bought the insurance so I couldn't change the dates that far ahead but Insure and Escape were happy to change my destination from Greece to cover all of Europe so I can use it to travel elsewhere. I couldn't do it in the customer zone where you can try to change dates but I just emailed them and got a reply in a couple of days (probably only that long because it was a weekend). I will use them again. Great customer service from Charlie, new documents updated in the customer zone.

I needed help with a policy I had set up on line and Jesse in the customer services team gave me helpful options and left my case open until he personally called me back later to make sure the matter was resolved. Excellent customer care. Thank you.
