Insure and Go are very affordable, but utmost was the ease of claiming when we sadly needed to use the ships doctor on a recent cruise. We claimed and in approximately a week our claim was settled and the funds had been credited to our bank. I have since purchased more insurance from Unsure and Go

We heard of this policy through a friend. As seniors, we were looking for flexible, comprehensive and reasonably priced cover for our travel overseas. We found the sign up process straight forward with immediate results. As it is early days with InsureandGo we have had no cause to make a claim so no experience if that so far. Hopefully it will not be as arduous as most traditional insurance agencies.

This is the second time I have used InsureandGo and after reading other reviews, I feel confident I will be looked after should I need on my upcoming holiday.

Love this home grown company! Wouldn’t go with anyone else! A dear friend also used Insure and Go…his trip turned into a near tragity…he cardiac arrested a few times then got COVID while in the States. Insure and Go had his back and his families the entire time..5 star all the way which is why I us them all the time now!

Yes, they are price competitive but BEWARE of the Travel Insurance PDS fine print. My son had his luggage stolen at the beginning of his overseas trip in August 2025. Put in a claim with his travel insurance company Insure and Go ..... who does not provide emergency money for stolen luggage to purchase any essentials; who expect proof of purchase for EVERY item claimed otherwise no reimbursement. There is an expectation that you should keep ALL your receipts and have access to receipts for gifted items that one is making a claim for. For all items with proof of purchase receipt there is heavy depreciation depending on length of ownership. In the end and after significant communication - only 50% of the claim amount was covered. PS, there were no "significantly' priced items in what was claimed and most of my son's stolen property was purchased just before his trip.
All in all a VERY VERY bad experience!!!

The cruise cover really works for us which not many other companies have, the process was really easy and at an affordable price!
