Simple to complete the process, and information explained clearly.

First it showed £56 then the price jumper up which was nor nice at all. Was upsetting.

Straightforward process although it would be useful if the at the start of the form it told you the documents you would require to complete everything.

Purchased insurance for my son to drive my car as my insurance company wanted an arm and a leg to put him on my policy.
A couple of problems.wouldnt accept the last 6 characters on his licence number in upper case(took me a while to realise I had to use lower case).
When I clicked on the box to say car owner lived at the same address as proposer it said he couldn't get insurance but when I put in address manually it was fine(why have that box to click).
Got there in the end so all good and not worth knocking a star off for.

So far so good. I was not able to get a quote from many other providers with no explanation provided. The process with Insure Learner Driver was clear. I think they could have clearer information that you don't have to dig for on what is covered with the main policy.

The name to put on the driving licence has to be different from the name on the driving licence itself, not different but it demands a middle name were dos not exist on any driving licence
