Absolutely horrifically slow claims processing, and missing multiple elements where info has been provided - they just kept saying they hadn't received when I had sent multiple times. It takes hours on the phone going through the claims and then lo and behold the info is sat with them they just haven't processed. The claims are taking an average of 2 months to process, when 3-4k it's not acceptable.

Thank you, Insure Your Paws. Whilst renewing our Pet Insurance the lady I spoke to was very supportive for the loss of one of our Whippet’s, Blaze. He was part of our family and his brother misses him already. Thank you for your kind words and professionalism.

I was a customer, got a renewal letter. Checked on line comparison site & found same policy for less. Phoned & asked for it to be matched & told no!! Brought policy from money supermarket & cancelled renewal. Don’t understand why it couldn’t be matched!

Easy website to use and to make payment. Found policy information and schedule okay, so hopefully all will be well once cover starts.

This company seems to have a decent level of cover for a reasonable price.

I can only comment on buying a new Pet insurance policy. I searched on line selected what looked the best policy for me. It was set up and paid for in minutes. I hope that any advice or claims that I may make in the future will be as easy

Straight forward site, easy site to use and neogiate. Pet insurance sorted in a matter of minutes, clear answer to any questions I had and also one of the few companies not looking to ask for a ridiculous amount of access plus a percentage of any claim. At least with Insure Your Paws I do not feel as if I am being ripped off with Pet Insurance.

We don't know how quickly they will pay yet. That' s always problem for pet insurance.
