Do not buy a Piranha bike from Argos …

I bought a piranha bike from argos less than 3 months ago for my 6 year old...the brake cables have frayed both breaks have just fallen apart, but the main issue is the chain has some how enlarged, twisted and cannot be reattached as it just keeps coming off.. I contacted the company selling these and they claim wear and tear which must be a joke, because who expects a bike to fall apart like this so quickly being riden by a 6 year old?

No problem at all

No problem at all, I haven’t assembled the bike yet as it’s a gift but all the pieces seem to be there and it’s good quality. The price was good and delivery free and quick. Would recommend.

Avoid!!

Avoid! The delivery was delayed with no info provided (5days) then I received the faulty bike and had to send it back, I had to chase them for the update and at the end, all I had was the email saying they would refund my money, so I'm still waiting. What a nightmare customer service!

Terrible

Terrible ! Avoid !
They use a delivery company that I never heard of . I got a call one day They said if I live at 65 , I said yes coz driver hâd 63 on his papers , now he's gone and won't return until tomorrow , I asked what time they said, the same 12=13 . I was little bit out , come back before 12 , at 15 I called them and said look your driver wasn't here . They said ah he was there at 11:00 now he won't return until Monday coz is the jubilee weekend . I contact insync , they said to refuse the delivery with the courier , I told them I ve done that over the phone , then they said they are going to refund me once they get the parcel back . What a joke !!! I WILL SAY AVOID AVOID AVOID
