Fantastic service
It's a nice bike
It's a nice bike. I am quite happy with it. Also, the service is incredibly helpful and nice. I had an issue with the address and they solved it very quickly.
My only issue is that I had to assembly it (which I did not know when I got it but that was probably my fault) but I couldn't find any instructions in the box which made the task quite challenging for me.

Great online shopping with fantastic aftersales service...
No help at all regarding new bike batteries.
Recently contacted them to ask about a replacemdnt bike battery for a Insync Townmaster bike as the batery is starting to tire. They replied telling me to look.on ebay or amazon No help at all. Ridiculous they don't sell replacement batteries. It's obviously a con where they expect you to buy a brand new bike every 1 -2 years.
Frustrating purchase
On receiving the bike there was damage to the rear mudguard, the peddles and manual were missing. On contacting customer service they dispatched a replacement mudguard (which didn’t have a stay attached) but a stay that had to be fitted (very flimsy). It was dispatched to the wrong address.
On then starting the build I found a scuff mark on the front tyre and on fitting the wheel, it was slightly buttled and the brackets for the basket missing. I again contacted customer service who wanted a video of the buttled wheel before dispatching another wheel. Still waiting for the missing parts

Ordered for birthday gift box wasn’t even taped together and parts damaged or scratches but if your paying for product I would expect the quality to reflect in the price .
• dent in frame
• scratches on bike and mud flaps
• wrap around wheels stuck inside rim and tyre both front and back
• front fork for wheel was bent meaning wheel wouldn’t go into place
•basket bent

Bike was new but old had rusty chain and some spokes, even staples on the box rusty been stored damp somewhere , delivery went well the guy carried it into our garage for me no email updates or delivery times from the seller , but all sorted now .

The bike was delivered in good condition and time. Relatively quicker than I expected but if I to be picky. It was difficult to track progress of order delivery as the site you recommended for tracking order kept stating that, it did not have the order number. Apart from that everything went smoothly.

I haven’t herd anything since I had email saying it’s been dispatched but there no way of tracking I understand it can take five working days which I got email Thursday so I still have till Thursday but concerns that I may have a unhappy little boy for Christmas. But I had the same experience of house of Fraser for a bike so am more worried that I’ll be let down I need reassurance that I won’t be let down
