Quickbooks version upgrade

I purchased a new desktop version from Amazon this morning. Getting the wheels in motion towards completing the upgrade was as simple as emailing with Alecs at Insynq. I received an email confirming my upgrade was in the queue and told it should be complete w/in a few days time. Alecs was great-- prompt and clear throughout the process.

Takes the questions out of upgrading our software.

Great Service

I have signed up with Insynq to host my Quickbooks Premier. I am coming from another company. I will say that the options that Insynq has for there customers does not compare to their competitors! I would recommend Insynq to everyone. Connecting to your server is a lot easier than their competitors. I love the fact that I can embed the logon screen on my website for our users to logon to.

As for as the Price there is no comparison. I was paying $85.00 per user to do the same thing as I am with Insynq. I am now paying $48.00 per user with Insynq using a much more friendly environment!

Everyone that I have spoken with at Insynq is honest and trustworthy. They will NOT sell you something that they do not believe is best for your company!!!

I want to say Keep up the GREAT Work Insynq!!! I can't wait to see what you will do in the future!!!

Highly Recommended

I have been using Insynq since 2014. My company has several offices and we needed to be able access Quickbooks and shared files from anywhere simultaneously. Using Insynq allows us to be remote, connected and more productive. My administrative and sales staff have had no down time to date.

My Account Executive Ryan Nelson has provided exceptional service and has gone above and beyond to ensure that my company has the right services for our needs.

I briefly used another provider ( Novel Aspect ). It was brief, three weeks. The down time, and frustration I experienced with the other provider has made me appreciate the level of service provided with Insynq. They have my loyalty.

The tech support is great. Recently, March 2016 , due to user error some extremely important files were deleted from our shared server. I called in a panic needing to retrieve these files . They had me restored and running within the hour. Crisis averted.

My overall experience with Insynq has been nothing but exceptional , I would recommend them to any of my associates without hesitation.

Excellent Customer Service

Moderately Slow, Somewhat Reliable

Internet remains intermittent, depending on the number of users. Most web use through InsynQ bogs down the system to an unusable level. More than one person web browsing will crash the system and boot everyone off.

Slow and lacking customer service

The server is frequently slow. QuicksBooks does not run as well as on the desktop. And it only gets worse with each release of QB (i.e 2015 was a disaster over 2014). Updates are slow to roll out so you are constantly clicking update later for weeks at a time. The engineers implement solutions without testing, so icons almost never work the first time.

Overall, I would switch if I could, but out of the three cloud providers I have been with, they are the best (which is a sad testament to the others).

Usually, my problems are resolved fairly quickly, but it requires a phone call, they do not respond to help tickets with any urgency - usually two to three days and some times as long as a week.

I was against this new server from the get go and was considering scrapping the entire program. John reassured me that we'd be pleased, and he delivered. Additionally I'm using a MAC and he assisted me through the installation of items that had nothing to do with his scope of work!

Best service, best price, best option!

Can't beat this service. The only way to go for our small company. Provides the benefit of an icloud server that allows access to our programs any place, any time. No longer have to struggle with IT issues, Insynq has amazing customer service 7 days/week. Peace of mind with affordable pricing.

Hello,

It is possible my experience with InsynQ is singular however I'm glad InsynQ has reached out for customer feedback.
InsynQ is a great way to raise your bloodpressure when working on critical work projects. As a cloud desktop tool, navigating folders browsers and documents was as far from smooth, seamless and effortless as I've ever seen on any user experience on a PC in my short life.

Often times the cloud desktop would crash and have to be restarted, sometimes while composing work. Its possible the cloud desktop was not applied correctly to the expected demand on our company use.

Security on the cloud desktop was dismal. monthly , on average, viruses would delete all desktop files and direct you to a site for retrieval. Asking InsynQ to resolve the issue and back up the information was tedious, delayed and often would result in lost critical data. Moments like these would bring work productivity to a complete standstill.

I hope others experiences of Insynq were more positive.
