Poor return policy
I bought a cream eyeshadow and some mascara.
The mascara seems nice but the Eyelights Cream Eyeshadow (color Strobe) was not really the same as the website photos. There was no color and only put shine on the lids.
I decided to return it only to find a poor return policy (for these days). I can only return for a value coupon to buy something else. I must also pay shipping to get it back there.
Since I already thought they overcharged for shipping the first time I won't be doing this. It's too bad because they might have items I would order on a regular basis but I need a company with better policies to become a fan.
