I paid for enrollment fee this month,beginning of the month..l’ve sent inteletravel several emails requesting for a refund and l haven’t received the refund.l’m no longer sure whether l am going to get it or not.It’s almost 3weeks since l requested the refund.

I’ve been in this since April 2024 snd have found customer service great, I’ve found agent only deals for my personal travel. My team is doing well selling Travel. I like how people who joined through me are able to do much better than me, this business rewards effort and if they work harder than me they earn more. Everyone has their own business and you are the highest earner in your business. I think it’s very fair. Yes there the option to network/ affiliate market the opportunity but most people just use the travel side and there’s zero pressure to recruit, zero sales targets. I love being my own boss and having autonomy over my time. The wider team have been very supportive and I’ve had great mentoring. I feel like I’ve grown as a person and a business owner. I am a current agent and loving it. I think the negative reviews must have a bad upline, as my upline are amazing. So supporting, offer so much training, weekly catch ups, loads of training on the side separate to Intele. Multiple very active group chats for help 24/7. No targets at all, do as much or as little as you like. I think its all about getting in with the right team.

It's not a scam, yes it's a pyramid scheme but it's a legitimate travel business with many many suppliers working directly with us. Why would we have the likes of Virgin, Etihad, Disney, Celebrity Cruises, Fred Olsen, Jet2, Olympic (to name but a few) working directly with us if it was a scam?

All these companies know and work closely with Inteletravel, and we are always getting new suppliers signing to work with us.

I feel like the negative reviews come from people who are maybe not cut out to work in the travel business and have maybe been mis-sold the opportunity and have uplines who apply too much pressure and targets.

I have never had an issue with any bookings I have made, no issues receiving commission.

Yes you can become an agent with a company and not have to pay the fee, but this is great for anyone wanting to do it on the side, or doesnt want to work full time as an agent. The fees are minimal and you have to make 1 good booking to cover yourself for the year.
