Many customers appreciate the opportunity to book holidays, save money on their own trips, and earn commissions, often finding the training and support provided to be beneficial. Inteletravel instructed me to give them 5 stars

I've been an ITA with Inteletravel for nearly 2 years. I have recently left as the unprofessional attitude of some of their head-office staff was getting worse and worse.
I have lost friends and the respect of family members since joining this scam and am glad I am now out of it.
The last straw was when they instructed us all to give 5-star reviews on this very site.

Awful company - I booked 3 nights in Disneyland Paris…

I booked 3 nights in Disneyland Paris in August last year for Christmas for my little girl (my now ex was paying, I paid the deposit). I cancelled a month later after being abused by him, it was not safe to travel with him.
I emailed them and asked for a refund explaining the circumstances but they refused. I took advice from the consumer service who advised that under package travel regulation 2018, the deposit should be refunded minus a cancellation fee to terminate the contract. They only replied that ‘per their terms and conditions no refund is due’. When booking they didn’t send me their terms and conditions until after I had paid the deposit.
I tried to dispute it through my bank but the merchant would not accept the dispute. I am a broke single mum, and I cannot afford to lose this money. It’s literally food and living costs for my child. Instant Breaks didn’t even have the decency to reply to me or try to resolve it. It has seriously affected our lives.
I booked through an old school friend who I trusted and it’s clear it’s a multi marketing company that’s set up to just make commission. They are part of Instant Breaks but make out they are an independent travel company. My old school friend did nothing to help, obvs annoyed she lost her commission.

Incredibly difficult to make money…

Incredibly difficult to make money unless you "sell" the business to others. The promise of "juicy commissions" and amazing agent rates are used to lure you in but neither materialise. After several attempts of trying to book holidays for friends and family and even myself it was ALWAYS cheaper to book elsewhere. The commissions are very poor, you never actually receive what you are owed once they take their 30% cut and then there are fees to use their banking systems. Please don't waste your money like I did. The "relatively cheap" joining fee and monthly subscription soon mount up. I could have had a holiday for what I've given them. The only people making any real money are the very small percentage at the top of the pyramid who, in my opinion, are scamming others to join for a monthly fee. Avoid!!!

Very clearly a multi-level marketing…

Very clearly a multi-level marketing scheme, money is made by recruiting more people to be 'independent travel agents' or 'travel entrepreneurs' and pay not only an up front fee but also make monthy payments. If something sounds too good to be true it always is. Don't get pulled into this crap. The 'positive' reviews come from those who stand to make money once they recruit you. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Avoid at all costs.

The best

I have had the best experience since joining InteleTravel! The best way to start your own business. Booking travel for clients is just amazing and all my clients have had a great holiday and postive experiences. Of course my own holidays too!

I love Inteletravel!

I mean every business has its pros and cons. And of course not everyone is going to have a pleasant experience that’s just how business works. But I’m here to say that I have had a great experience using Inteletravel. I get paid on time. I have no issues with my pay. I think it helps it you’re tech savy. The commission is wonderful I get 70% from all my commissions right now. And the support has been helpful too when I have any issues. But if you don’t read or understand what your doing you’re bond to run into issues of any kind. But honestly, just take advantage of your resources and trainings. But yeah I don’t really have any complaints. I always get the best travel agent rates and deals!

RUN!!!!!

RUN!!!!!! Travel Agent NIGHTMARE!
For the love of all things holy, do not use this agency! We booked a cruise with one of their reps who is god awful. Once the deposit was made, all hell broke loose. My family booked a cruise, and the agent does not return calls or text to answer questions, make changes, make the payments etc. We have since found out the travel agent no longer works for the company. I have called the company 4 times trying to get them to give us the information to have our reservations released to carnival only to be given the run around. They keep telling me "we will email the agent, we will call the agent and call you back blah blah blah" I HAVE TO KEEP CALLING THEM. I have been trying since December to get our cruises taken care of as it is due to be paid off in March, NOTHING! My family is very disappointed with this agency and wishes we would have never ever used them. Today is Feb. 13th and I just hung up the phone with them only to be told someone will contact me in 24 hours. I am almost POSITIVE; I will have to be the one to reach back out to them. This place is awful! PLEASE save yourself some time and annoyance, use a different agency!

Fantastic support and help to grow our own travel business

We recently opened up our own travel business under InteleTravel in the UK.
From the start the training and help and support has been fantastic!

We have learnt so much good information and that has truly helped us accelerate our Independent travel agency as well as the incredible growth in our travel bookings. Their back office has over 100 travel suppliers at our finger tips and this gives us a vast array of holidays and cruises etc to offer to our clients.

Caroline Zammattio

Caroline Zammattio - an excellent Intele Travel agent, very helpful to her clients, does not find anything too challenging, listens to her clients wants and needs and aims to to the best for them, very polite, very professional and users her own personal experiences to further the clients enquiry.

As somebody myself who works in the industry, i'd be very pleased to use Caroline in the future.

I started with InteleTravel last year

I started with InteleTravel last year, and it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made! The training, support, commissions, and amazing travel opportunities have all exceeded my expectations. I’ve seen some people leave bad reviews based on their experiences, but personally, I haven’t had any bad experiences at all. It is not a get rich quick scheme and you do have to put the work in to suceed just like anything else. I highly recommend inteletravel to anyone looking to get into the travel industry, make some money on the side of their full time job or turn it into a successful business.

I have been using Inteletravel for the…

I have been using Inteletravel for the last 18 months now and actually haven’t got a bad word to say about it. The systems and training in place is super efficient and amazing, the support from the community is second to none and aside from that I’m earning and saving on travel all the time and get to work with incredible top suppliers including MSC, Disney, Etihad, Jet 2, Celebrity Cruises, Mr&Mrs etc. There are 100’s of suppliers to use and the customer service of each one I’ve ever used have been unreal. I have to say it makes me a little bit sad to see some bad reviews on here as I just can’t fault the experience and money I’ve gained from joining along with having the chance to develop more of a growth mindset. I would recommend it to anyone especially those already booking travel. It’s an absolute no brainer! X

I have a wonderful experience with InteleTravel

I have a wonderful experience with InteleTravel since joining. In the UK they have over 100 partners, really prestigious names like MSC cruises, Royal Caribbean and Disney just to name a few. The community are outstanding, the training is insane. That's the travel agency. There is an affiliate marketing side which offers you to share the business. A lot of people are uneducated to what a pyramid scheme is and leave incorrect liable unhelpful information. Law is my profession and a pyramid scheme is illegal. Disney land is not going to have legal contracts with a company that works on the basis of an illegal pyramid scheme.

Really sad to see so many bad reviews..

I was so sceptical about joining this business at the start because of so many people calling it a pyramid scheme. I started in march and can definitely see how much this has changed not only how I travel but how my friends and family do now because I can book for them and as well as that everyone within the business is so supportive and helpful! as for the marketing side of things that’s a completely different side to the business and is completely optional as well meaning you don’t have to do it if you don’t want too! definitely don’t be caught up in bad reviews like I did as most people just had a bad experience and that definitely shouldn’t define your journey! ☺️

Sure if you google McDonalds how many bad do they have and we all love it 😂

Half of it is a travel agency business…

Half of it is a travel agency business and half is a pyramid scheme. You have the option of only doing the travel agency business, but the income they report people making is from the pyramid side. They say people can use the website to book, but the rates are higher. Customers have to create an account just to look up prices.

Shelby Kindrick

You know, I'm sure that this business has it's pros but it absolutely has it's cons. I ran across one of the employees that works for this company, how do I know? Well she has her company email listed in her profile. She was basically telling someone online that they deserved to get raped, threated to inflict bodily harm by using the term "pew pew" and played a song called "FAFO". I'm just not sure that someone threatening to harm someone simply because they are Christian is someone you would want working for your company. It's been awful trying to get in touch with you, so I want to let the public know what kind of violent anti-Christian rhetoric your employees spew.

Life changing if you work at it

I am an active agent and do both the marketing side and the travel booking side. I have had nothing but good experiences with both companies. In 2024 I sold over $300k in travel and have a team of over 100 people. The only time I had issues with a commission was when I typed in the itinerary number wrong. They walked me through fixing it and I was paid on the next payday for it. I love doing what I do!
