We bought a brand new Samsung tv and sound-bar and engaged Intelligent Homes to install the items for us at an agreed price of $440. Their guys came out and installed both items, turned the tv on and it works but did not finish the whole set up as they said their time was up and they couldn’t do anymore. The internet on the tv did not work, and set up was incomplete. Only thing we could do was turn the tv on. Anyway, we contacted Brenton fm Intelligent Homes, and was very disappointed to be told that it would cost another $275 for their guys to come out and check our internet network to enable our tv to connect. We expected that a company like Intelligent Homes would at least finish the job they quoted for rather than stick strictly to the time they were allowed while job was incomplete. Deterred by the extra cost I contacted Samsung customer service and we got everything working in 15 minutes. To think that they could not stay the extra 15 mins to finish the whole set up is very disappointing.
