Our block purchased an Intercom System for the 12 flats in the block in central London from a director in the company Intelligent Home Online Ltd. This new system was installed in June 2024. It is working well. I would recommend.

This is an outstanding company. I cannot recommmend highly enough. They don’t just sell you great kit, where they excel is helping you if you need a bit of assistance, even if it is some time since you made a purchase. I installed a system about 6 years ago and have added to it over time and whenever I’ve needed a bit of help, the support you get is unparalleled.

I purchased a 6 station Vosper system to replace a 3 year old Enterview system that is now obsolete and spares unavailable (£2000 down the drain). The process and communication when ordering was first class and the product simple to install and of a very good quality and price. The residents now using this system are thoroughly impressed and hence i will certainly use this company again and would not hesitate recommending them.

Having trawled the internet in order to find a 5-way touch screen video entry system, I was looking at Hong-Kong from ebay for 4-way, or UK based companies in the thousands, or just not the quality I was after. IHO Ltd, offered a very reasonable priced system, that also looks brilliant. Delivery was very fast and before buying I called to get some tech info. They passed me immediately over to the expert who resolved my query. I would not hesitate for an instant to buy from them again.

After I ordered the Juno system online it arrived within a couple of days. The instructions were very good and when I emailed the company when I had any issues there response time was very quick. Would highly recommend.

I needed to buy an entry system but knew nothing about them and found the various websites confusing. However, Intelligent Home Online were excellent. They were patient and explained exactly what I needed until I was sure that I was buying the right system for my building. The price seemed very reasonable and ordering was quick and easy and the system was delivered the next day. It has not been installed yet but I have looked at the different components and they all seem to be well made and the monitors are very smart.

I purchased a system for use on my house in Italy, the system worked very well until it was struck by lightning. The unit was returned to Intelligent home for repair, the unit was returned quickly at no charge. I would recommend this company.

Product was easy to install with the help of the online manuals and worked as expected. Technical help was supportive which was re assuring.

I wanted a video door entry system and in my dealings with Intelligent Home they were helpful with advice and responded promptly to my emails.
HOWEVER I paid by Paypal and it was not until I had paid that I realised I had been charged a 3.5% 'handling fee' because of paying via Paypal.
I use Paypal for most of my online purchase, which are many, and have never been charged a handling fee.
Beware.
