Now a happy customer
We came into the shop 6th
Jan 2021 and purchased 3 doors to a value of £353.99p which we paid for. We were told that 2 of the doors would be with us in 4 days and the 3rd door would be delivered mid March. We heard nothing from Interline st all so I rang beginning of Feb and was told they would ring back. I rang again mid March when the last door was supposed to be delivered and was told they were in a container somewhere. I rang again in April and was told they would be delivered 26th April. That day came and went but still nobody rang us to let us know. The first time Interline rang was Friday 7th May to say doors had arrived and they would deliver Tues 11th May. at 4.10 p.m we had a call to say the driver was loading them on the van. Driver Gary turned up only a few minutes later with the doors. He was very polite and obliging.
I have since been contacted by Interline and they have apologised to me and sorted out a lot of details. I would not hesitate to shop at Interline again.

Didn't follow delivery instructions
Online experience fine and very good prices but it appears the delivery instructions I advised on the online comments box did not get through causing me, Gary the driver and my local school a problem. Please check if the message I believed to have been sent, got through, and if it did, why wasn't Gary given them. Five stars to Gary the delivery man.
