I downloaded the Google App, which I was led to believe was free, and this scam company InteractHelp charged my credit card $50. Credit card company and police are taking action.

Interacthelp is a scam, Chase arguably complicit
Interacthelp is a scam. I have no idea what they do but they have taken three payments of £30 without my permission. Every other review says the same about this company. Yet when I called Chase, they were initially intent on calling the scammer a merchant. When I patiently explained that it was a scam, since they had no product or service to sell, they said they needed to investigate. They will update me in a week. Watch this space..

Companies like this pray on people like myself who may have inadvertently pressed a wrong button on their phone or computer. iv no idea how iv ended up giving money to this company im not happy that they have taken my money for some thing that i do not want or even have the 1st clue what interact is. iv now spent over an hour with my bank which now means iv had to cancel my bank card and block this company from taking any more of my money. By error I downloaded the wrong app and made payment.
I contacted Interacthelp.com, they immediately replied and issued a full refund.
