Auto-renewed my membership without prior notification. Extremely dark UX for a company that preaches good design as part of it offering. They send an email titled "Get ready for another great year" as if that clearly indicates they are about to charge you. Same thing happened to all my colleagues and now we have been charged and the owner Rikke refuses to offer a refund. Scam of a company - avoid at all costs.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. It is never our intention to leave a member feeling unheard or unsupported. We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter unexpected charges and feel your concerns are not being addressed promptly.
Secondly, I had a quick look at our logs and can see that the renewal notification email was sent to you on June 15, 2025. Since you didn’t request otherwise, the system automatically billed your stored payment method in order to keep your membership from expiring and thereby blocking your access to the account. To make sure you are always in full control, both during the sign-up process and on your Billing Info page, we mention that you are free to cancel your membership at any time if you don’t want it to be renewed automatically.
That said, we understand not everyone sees those in time. That’s why, although we normally don’t offer refunds after the renewal window, we did offer several goodwill options — and you chose to stay, which is absolutely amazing!
We're always here to help — and happy to revisit this with you anytime.

Excellent support and Affinity Diagram
I am taking the “Personas and User Research: Design Products and Services People Need and Want” course. I appreciate the shorter videos and the new active format, especially the Miro affinity diagram with real data interviews. The exercises take time, but they help reflect and apply what you learn. I have taken multiple courses on IxDF…
I have taken multiple courses on IxDF platform, and loved the simplicity with which the concepts are explained on the platform. They have a mix of video and text based learning, this ensures that you are engaged throughout the session. At the end of each chapter their are questions to test your learning of the key concepts, which ensures you are moving forward once a concept is clear. They have done thorough research in building the format the way it is. Best learning platform I have come across so far.

IxDF has been the best learning choice for 2 years
After stumbling upon a lot of other courses across other platforms, I am so glad that I landed on IxDF. I have been a user from almost two years. When leading a team I also got the subscriptions for my team to help them across Design and Product Management journey and it really made a mark for overall growth and how we used to work. The reason why IxDF is a great learning platform are these :
1. Covering all dimensions around design and product management.
2. Interactive and learning pace driven courses make the experience better for the users. Its own design is great.
3. The courses keep on upgrading as per the need of time and industry. As the needs evolve so does the content.
4. The community is interactive and you also get to interact and meet with like minded professionals. I do not think any other platform does that.
5. Overall course is not designed to provide static content but assessments and quiz make learning better.
6. The IxDF team is responsive and very supportive. I think the customer service we deserve, we get from the team.
If there is one place that can help you in your learning path, be it on any level you are, IxDF will surely be worth the time and money you spent. I think it has been a great investment for me and my team.

Waiting time to access course material
I really enjoy the courses so far. But why do participants have to wait 20+ days for a chapter of a course to be unlocked? How can I use the certificates as an advantage applying to jobs, if I will probably be faster getting a job than finishing a course because of artificially limited access. They state that they do this so that you have time to process what you've learned (to counteract cognitive overload), but 20+ days? Ridiculous
