As an international customer I was feeling anxious about the process of ordering a gift and having it arrive. There was clear and friendly communication at all times and the balloons arrived on time and they were beautiful. Very happy customer!

Balloon arrived not 100% inflated. It was very disappointing.

My experience with InterBalloon was perfect .My Granddaughter loved the balloons and the box they came in also provided great joy as it was used as a cubby house.
I would highly recommend this company

Bought a couple of balloons for my mum's 60th, balloons were well packed and looked great.

The extra additional balloons which I ordered were very small. I feel that the products are over priced and not worth so much.

The balloon we requested was not available the gentleman phoned and offered me an alternative. He maid it extra special by putting more balloons in the box and a box of chocolates. The recipients were overjoyed when they opened it so thankyou.

The balloons did not arrive on time. And on the 2nd day, big numbers began to blow. Last year, the service was better and the quality of the balloons too

Large number 8 for my daughters party was deflated other 2 balloons attached were fine. Would have looked so pretty for her party. Very disappointed.

The balloons were a really lovely surprise for a friend who was in hospital. Apparently they cheered the whole ward up. There was a misunderstanding about delivery but the owner of the company called me personally to explain. That is the type of customer service that the larger companies should take note of. Thank you for that little touch..
