was fairly well packed, and the balloons themselves were ok, but we got the wrong colours for the extra balloons. Also was not ideal for my occasion as i wanted the balloons to be a surprise, and the whole thing comes in a box with their company name written all over it. Balloons otherwise lasted a while which was nice.

Beautifully presented balloon provided that little extra for a celebration. Well packaged and delivered in good time.

Balloon was delivered half deflated and didn't float. My friend wasn't as happy as id hoped she be. Delivery was on time which was good

I ordered a birthday balloon for my sister. After three days the balloon deflated. On contacting interbaloon, they offered me a choice of a replacement or a discount.
I was satisfied with the option and a sense of care from the team.

This is the third time I have used this company and each time they have delivered a great product, well packed in a sturdy cardboard box and it has always been on time (not the day before or the day after)
Since moving from England, I have tried many different "present" websites (about 30+) and I have to say that interBALLOON have beaten their competitors by miles.
The website is clear, concise with really good pictures of their items, prices are fair (when you compare with other suppliers providing the exact same service) and the service is consistently A+ (and I don't give A+'S out often!)
All in all if you want or need speedy, good quality & service this should be your go to company. Thank you interBALLOON for 3 excellent service and products

Ordered 3 balloons for a birthday afternoon tea but all were deflated. Disappointed will not be ordering again.

I have bought many baloons from you and normally everything is great. But this time it was Royal Mail was the issue. Despite being at home all day waiting for it they didn’t knock and took it to the postal centre and I wasn’t allowed to collect it until the following day. So didn’t have it until the day after the special occasion. Also the box was severely damaged, and as I was walking home all the confetti fell out but amazingly the balloon was intact! I would not order from you again while you you use Royal Mail as your delivery. I am sorry
