Typical of today’s products
I thought the instructions were quite poor. Having to find your way around on your PC while not actually having a book. Certainly not the easiest when you’re not terribly PC knowledgeable.
These people seem to forget there is an older population.

As the camera requires software to use it, we include a free USB drive that includes the software as well as the manual and any drivers you may need. This makes it convenient to have everything in on place.
On the letter that contained your USB, we also list our technicians phone number so that if you have any issues, we can talk you through them.

This will not only help skilled/vulnerable/ members of the public but reduce potential crime and help assist police in the future to resolve crime which is at intolerable levels.
