CARS IN DANGEROUS CONDITION PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
We were one of three people in a one hour period that I spoke to at Faro airport, having to have there car exchanged because the first was undrivable. It took five hours to exchange the car, and the customer service team didn't apologise they just acted like it was our fault. We had had the car for about two hours when the engine cooling fault light came on. It completely runied our holiday.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THERE CARS ARE UNSAFE TO DRIVE.

Read the reviews and don't touch them. Totally after conning money, cleaning charges for car, when in our instance it was clean. Mats removed to make this more difficult, watched my wife and I in 34°c in Nice spend half an hour picking out small pieces of gravel from carpet on our hands knees, 154euro cleaning charge, principle of the injustice. Office hard to find, worse to return the car, rude staff, I habe NEVER experienced a car hire company like them in my life, unreal..... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Poor and unprofessional service at Interent airport terminal car hire counter.
Very poor service, had to wait ages for my car when there was no queue whatsoever, 7.15 p.m. but by 7.45 as the office was closing and there was no staff I had to wait til 8.00p.m when the only member of staff finally came up with the keys only to be and given a car apparently with no problems, in a bad condition. I was told the car had undergone some work, but not that it was in such a bad state. The front bumper on one side almost falling off, lots of unmentioned scratches, none of which were marked on the contract. Furthermore I Was traveling with handicapped person, so had to leave them, as the special assistance could not wait to help me, go back to complain, and then made to wait whilst she served another customer. Then, I was told if the car was undrivable I had to go back, take photos and come back with proof to the counter inside the terminal as the office had closed. Then made to wait again as there was a queue, only to be finally simply be given the keys to another car!!! She didn't even ask or check the photos she made me take!!! Another time consuming task for what then......???? I was flabbergasted so I just took the keys, and my husband had to walk as there was no special assistance available to help push the wheelchair. This whole process with the car sorted finally alomost 2 hours later, and with so much unnecessary agro and hassle. Unacceptable customer service!!!
