made a purchase for father's day, they missed father's day, still no delivery date, customer service doesn't care = be patient they say. FALSE ADVERTISING!

I don’t even want to give this 1 star. I placed an order on June 4th and they deducted my money. I had ordered in hopes I would get this for Father’s Day. Did not happen. I have not received any emails as to confirmation of my order or when I can expect to receive it. You cannot get thru on the phone number they provide either. Will not order from here again.

I placed an order on June 8th as a Father’s Day gift .. there is no estimated delivery time frame I’m clueless as to when I’ll be receiving my purchase I’ve gotten no email or text alerts in regards to my product. Who can I contact ?

Originally I put a one star because I Ordered, was charged but NEVER got a confirmation and didn't get anything. HOWEVER, I just got the shirt in the mail, 5 days later than said expected but it did look very nice. I guess shipping should read 10-15 days.

Apparently, I'm not the only customer who's had this happen. You have similar reviews like this on the BBB website. Very disappointing! A ruined father's day.
I am a very disappointed first and last time customer. I decided to surprise my husband with a custom shirt for Father's Day. We have 5 kids which all got reflected on this very cute shirt. I went through selections and anxiously placed my order. I waited for the shirt to be delivered and recieved it yesterday. I decided to open the shirt before giving it to him for Father's Day when I realized it was a size Small. I immediately emailed them. I did selected XL during the order process but the selection must have changed somewhere along the process. I got an email back stating they would NOT be able to exchange the shirt for the XL because I clicked S on their end. They offered "as a one time courtesy" to allow me to do ANOTHER order for 80% off. The shirt us upwards of $50 after taxes and shipping. With 5 kids I won't be placing another order for another shirt. To top this off I showed him the shirt after receiving the email and discovered the neck stitching is coming untethered so even IF he could fit it, it would end up with a hole. This is very bad customer service. I'm very disappointed and truly sad to have NO gift for Father's Day and no ability to purchase another one since this was already so pricey.

I order a golf polo shirt with my new grandson's photo to give to my son for his 1st father's day. My credit card was charged didn't get a confirmation number. I've called several times and even logged to the site to try to text with someone. Very disappointed. Hope my $50.00 dollar goes a long way for yall.

I was considering purchasing a t-shirt or sweatshirt and spent a fair amount of time going through all the personalization options. I am a U.S. Army retiree with 27 years service beginning my Army career with Vietnam and ending my career with Operation Desert Storm. I wanted an item that reflected on my Army service. I came across several anti-Democrat, anti-Biden, pro-Trump and pro-MAGA designs but no pro-Democrat, pro-Biden, anti-Trump or anti-MAGA designs. As a patriotic American and a Christian, I cannot in good conscience support or buy any merchandise from an anti-American company that clearly supports wannabe dictator Donnie Bonespurs Trump.

I ordered a shirt on June 5th and did not receive an email confirmation. I tried calling the number on the website but no one answered. I emailed and did not get a response. I don't know my order number because I didn't get a confirmation. (order under Amy Valdez in Yorba Linda, CA). UPDATE - I got an email response to my email asking about the order. The shirt arrived the day before Father's Day and our son loved it. The shirt looks great. An email confirmation that sends out right after an order is placed will make all customers feel better. Thank you

Worst customer service experience ever! There quality is garbage. Beware!!

Im so embarassed - since i bought these items, description has changed, deleting the Cashmere title..
ANYHOW, if you want mass produced junk from a Chinese factory, this is the site for you.
No physical store in Melbourne AT ALL.
If you do a reverse image search, you will find the same images on lots of Asian based sites.

I love Interest Pod so much. They always do such splendid job on my most cherished photos. I've had really bad experiences with other businesses that make photo ornaments. I had a little problem and told them. Within two weeks I had beautiful replacements from them 😍 I bought them for myself, my daughter ❤️ and my grandchildren. We all love that ❤️ ornament.

I ordered two enlistment oath canvas posters with my sons enlistment dates on them, they arrived quickly and are beautiful. However, on one the logo is not centered. I wrote to support@interestpod and am still awaiting a response. I hope they replace it with a corrected one. It really is beautiful!

I ordered a personalized decanter with 4 glasses and did not receive a confirmation email that they even got the order. My credit was charged on May 4th for the order. almost 2 weeks later I still have not been given a tracking number and it has not made it to its delivery destination. Tried calling the phone number and no one answered. Sent an email and have not heard back.
This is a gift for my son for Police academy graduation and would like to have it to give to him on that day.

Hi Calvin here again about my order from Apr 23 today is May 15 and i still havent got my order. Ive tracked it and its been in Miami for the last three days saying that its been scanned in but no further info on it.. Miami is only 25 minutes away from me..what are they doing? Intrest pod is a good company i love there items but the shipping time is horrible..i know intrestpod cant control whats out of there hands they did there part its just the wait time is so long

My husband ordered got a order number but now it says order not found! DS142091 is the order it was supposed to be a mothers day present now he's been charged and no gift! Can't get any answer or a reply!!!!!

Extremely slow. I ordered May 4th. The order tracking shows nothing happened till May 13th. Supposedly it's now in Shanghai Pudong Airport - China! If it ever comes, it won't be for a LONG TIME. I would have NEVER ordered from them if I knew my product was coming clear from the China Mainland. Edit: it showed up May 20th DAMAGED.

I liked how everything was there and easy accessible on the website, honestly one of the best I’ve used yet only problem was after paying it did not give me an option to put my email for a tracking number.. hoping to still receive it eventually I did only just order it on may 11th . If anyone knows how to get the confirmation number please reply the moneys already been taken of my card as well and really would like for my significant other to get her present..
