Had two, not one but two missed calls from this company, 12:51, 12:51 today 1/17/2025 and no voicemail either time. When I called no-one could tell me why they called. If you don’t leave a message how can anyone else figure out the reason for the call? Very unprofessional in my opinion, feels like they bot called hoping to get advertising for the business, if so it went negative. I don’t trust companies using these practices.

Avoid this company. They do not hold on to their promise and you will not get paid. I briefly worked through InterEx at a major FMCG multinational, but InterEx never paid me after almost 7 months. Since the company resides in the US and I am in Europe, there is only so much you can do and they probably know that. Leaving reviews is at least something, hence my message here.
Furthermore, their website claims they have offices in Amsterdam and London. The address of "Amsterdam" is actually in Delft and they don't have an office in that building! In London, the actual office is open for Lease. This company is a farce.

The write to’ you saying they are looking for a fantastic role. In reality they are trying to sell staff augmentation people. Totally not professional. Young guys trying to sell like door to door. There are pictures of top weekly sales person on the walls

Overall good candidates. Limited flexibility in terms of negotiating rates and slightly lengthy response from contract team.

Fantastic experience

Interex were crucial in me getting a role, very transparent during the process, gave pointers before the interview. The Advisor i dealt with was also always available when I needed further information.

Great service by InterEx group especially Rodrigo Viera. The entire process from onboarding to timesheets, invoicing and payments is very seamless and troublefree. I would definitely recommend using their service.

Hi there interEx group, im thrilled on my new role and happy to start my journey together with you :)
My overall experience was great, Ethan Hall was really helpful to me, he was very responsive, assisted me with all my questions and helped get through the onboarding process with ease.
I can say that on some point I did had some concern, when I received my contract I requested to add a clause statement that in case on any VAT issue with local authorities I will have backing from interEx, as VAT is not included in my payment,
At first I was told that there is no issue with this clause, and that an updated contact will be sent to me, but after back and forth communication with the team I understood that this is waiting for the account team approval, this took some time (a few weeks), and in the meantime I already announced my resign to my previous employer, and this is where the concern came.
As I said at the beginning, the overall experience was good, and I believe that the final answer on the clause edition by the account team was delayed due to holidays and vacation of some key members of the team, which is completely understandable, Ill only suggest to be transparent as much as you can on the delivery time since the updated contract was not delivered to me at this time, and therfore I didn't signed any contract while already announced my resign to save time on the starting date.
Ill say again that communicating with Ethan was great and overall the experience was good :)
