Recently moved from india to united kingdom and i was looking for job which was very urgently required for me to survive in UK. Accidentally i found this company and easily i joined a reputed company as a Developer, All because of Interex.

i Am working As a HR in my company. Every time when we open hiring for employees in our company then Interex-Group easily fulfill our requirements. Specially thanks to Zach and his team.

I was contacted by a recruiter ages ago about a job opportunity. I ended up not proceeding from the initial talks.

However, I am now regularly contacted by the company on my phone at very inconvenient hours.

I have requested the removal of my data per email as stated in their privacy policy. According to the same policy, they will delete your data after 24 months of inactivity. However, it's been way more than 24 months and I still receive calls now and then.

I copied the posters review below mine, because the narrative is exactly the same!

Was contacted by a recruiter at Interex, about a senior role that seems to fit my profile. Always on behalf of undisclosed company.

It's generally not a position that is advertised elsewhere as an open position at said company, but my profile seems to be a good fit.

There may end up being several back and forth discussions/interviews with Interex recruiter where bits and pieces of said company and role are divulged.

For various reasons the recruitment process will get delayed throughout your conversations and you never end up talking to a company representative for said position directly.

At some point the recruiter will offer you another topic to discuss: while we are at it, we should discuss your needs of consultancy services from Interex at your current employer.

If you take the bait, both dialogues will continue, your own recruitment process and the effort to sell you a consultant for your needs.

Once you end up saying no to the the consultancy services, the recruitment process will be further delayed for some reason. Recruiter won't even answer you after that.

I might actually have considered buying consultancy services from Interex before, but definitely not after this experience.

I have been contacted over a period of three years by three different people from InterEx if I was interested in a new role using exactly the same job description. I have never received any further details on the position, but instead they started harassing me with profiles they wanted me to consider as I have a data-related leadership role in one of the worlds largest companies.
This seems to be their standard practice for obtaining direct contact details and to have the opportunity to present InterEx as a supplier of human resources. In the end, I have had to refer to my GDPR right to erasure and asked them to delete my contact details and to send me a confirmation. Which they did. It was quiet for 1,5 years, but now I was again contacted by another person asking if I was interested in exactly the same open position as three years ago... Thanks but no thanks. Not again.
BTW, I see that there is a very similar review, where InterEx has replied that the review was portraying false information.

The company failed to pay on time. It has been over two months of contracting at InterEx-Group and I have not received payment. This has caused tremendous personal finance issues which the company is not concerned about. I'm now actively looking for a new position.

They sold a job they didn't had. They try to enter in contact with me offering a job for a not-well-identified company then they tried to sell to me people for specific project in my current company.

Beware of them.

By far The worst recruiting experience I have ever had for a senior engineer position. The representative rushed the opportunity, did not respect the contact appointments (calling before the agreed time, not doing any preliminary research into the candidate). Focus of the representation was exclusively on the salary and not at all on understanding the motivation.

Working with InterEx, especially with Zach is a great experience. Their professionalism is noticeable at every step from the very beginning. Zach has helped me during all the process. I highly recommend Zach and Interex Group.

InterEx Group is a specialist partner that I have been in contact with for some time now, and my entry point Zach Stevens together with the rest of the team have been a great and efficient support in our search for professionals specializing in niche skill sets.

I have been impressed by the customer orientation, speed, and efforts thus far and I am looking forward to continuing this working relationship with them.

My experience with these guys, and specifically Luke, was plagued by poor communication and lack or responsiveness. They were quick to give excuses and try to push off all responsibility to their partners/clients. There are plenty of other staffing firms out there that have the same industry relationships - I suggest you think twice before allowing InterEx Staffing to represent you or find talent for your company.

The experience with InterEx is more than excellent. My recruiter, Callum Carr, found me a great project - exactly what I was looking for. Callum is very organized, polite, and helpful on every call. He is also regularly checking if everything is okay. When I was dealing with some client issues, he did everything to make it alright. I highly recommend Callum and InterEx to work with.
