You can't predict if the flowers will be delivered on time
It’s pot luck. Maybe the flowers will be beautiful and be delivered on time, which happened twice in Valongo (municipality) near Porto, and maybe it will be a tired bouquet put together with a minimum of effort and of a another colour than ordered for a birthday on a Saturday but delivered on Monday afternoon without anyone attempting to contact you first, which happened the third time, in Ermesinde near Porto, the local shop and/or their delivery company there clearly having no sense of customer service and professionalism. They ruined a surprise intended for my girlfriend’s birthday.
Interflora refunded the amount as soon as I complained, but I received no reply and no apology, so it’s the last time I have used Interflora in Portugal, as I can’t trust that the flowers will look good and be delivered on time. Taking the money is easy, and service can apparently be amanha.
