Web chat with engineer -> Ordered dedicated server a week later
I used the web chat to get a feel for the company. The initial chat had a senior engineer able to answer my tech questions immediately and with very detailed knowledge of their network and how many hops to international routes.
I ordered a server a week or two later and there have not been any problems, tech or otherwise. I have recommended to a colleague and would do so again.

We have been using Intergrid for almost 3 years now and currently have multiple dedicated servers with them; and in all that time we have had only had cause to contact them a few times for minor operational issues (all self inflicted).
In our experience the team are very responsive and the level of support (24x7) we have received is by far the best of any of the service providers we deal with.
I have no hesitation in recommended them for anyone looking for a professional responsive hosting service.

The support
The best thing about this company is they answer their live chat 24 hours. I requested a dedicated server at 11:30pm and someone provisioned at 3am. Amazing service. Sometimes I deal with their tech support guys and if I ask them a sales question they transfer the chat to the managing director/owner. Highly recommended.
