I ordered a table for a project and as per their website it was next day dispatch. It ended up taking over 2 weeks for it to be delivered which meant it was useless in the end. I paid £30 postage for it too.

They offered me 50% off my delivery fee (£15) which from a customer service perspective was totally unacceptable.

As the table was rendered useless as the project had passed and as returns are not free, I would have had to pay to return it myself. I ended up giving it to a family member…

I bought a standing desk and they keep delaying the delivery… now it’s been months since I ordered it and no sighs to receive it as promised. Not recommend this company at all

Ordered on 19 March 2022. Continual delays with explanation. The cancel order option on the website doesn't work.
Shambles

Scam. I ordered a sit/stand desk in December 2021, it is now April 2022 and the desk has not arrived. They keep putting the order out a week each Tuesday on the tracking system. I can't get any explanation and they ignore my demands for a refund.

There are lies, damn lies, Interiorna.
Save yourself worry and anger, shop elsewhere.

I purchased brand new desk but was sent used desk top (clearly showing some damage in the holes for the OTHER system (base) than I ordered, did not have holes drilled for the actual base I ordered (only dots made with permanent marker, roughly, not exactly, in the places where holes should be drilled)), and said the fact there are hole drilled for the other system but not mine is that because every customer can affix their desk on their own - if that's truth, why the other holes?

They ignored completely the fact desk top was second hand, they didn't acknowledge it with a single word despite proof I provided.

Additionally, which is even my bigger gripe, their desk is not even useful without purchasing separate foot pedestal - minimum height for the desk is not stated anywhere on the product page, but is too tall (71 cm) even for me, a tall person, to sit comfortably in its lower position.

If you decide to purchase the desk you will also hate the assembly "manual" and if anything bad happens, you'll learn to hate their Customer Support interface on their website (intentionally bad, in my opinion).

Absolute joke for the "product", awful "aftercare", horrible experience all around.

Ordered a chair the on the 25th of Feb and it showed on website delivery within 6 weeks. Have been in contact with the company as the date was pushed back to the end of April and they advised chair is coming from manufacturer in a shipping container. I checked again today and date was pushed back to May. The website shows over the last few weeks for the same chair delivery within 10 days which is a lie as I have already been waiting nearly 5 weeks and wouldn't get it until May. I was asked did i want a different colour chair that they had when I asked to cancel. If i wanted a different colour chair I would of ordered that. The website has reviews which are fabricated. The same person wrote the exact same review on dates which always seem to update to make it look as if it was recent for which I have screenshots of the proof. The “sale” timer constantly resets itself also to make it look like there is a sale on for which I also have proof of. I have cancelled my order and I am waiting on a refund to order a chair with a different reputable company. I would stay clear from Interiorna.

Whilst on the website there was a timer for when the sale would end and it also said if I ordered that day it would arrive on the 10th of March (2 weeks later). I bought the product, paid £40 shipping and immediately after tracked the order. It said my delivery would arrive on the 26th of March. Not only did they mislead me about the delivery time but upon checking the website several times since then it turns out the sale timer just resets and never ends or really starts. Trying to contact them is impossible, I've written in the notes section of the order which is meant to be used to contact them but haven't heard back on either occasion. My delivery has now been delayed further to the 3rd of April. I definitely would not recommend buying from this company.

Absolute joke of a company. Bought a desk on 1 Feb,was told it was out for delivery 16 Feb. 3rd march received desk but refused delivery as box was damaged and contents were strewn all over the van. Any company that uses Tuffnells as courier doesn't deserve your custom. They literally couldn't care less that the parcel took so long to be delivered or that it was damaged on arrival. Stay well clear.

I have now been waiting over 2 weeks for my order. They are impossible to contact. Their phone line has an automated reply saying they don’t take calls. They do not respond to online chat and have no email address. I will be contacting my bank to try to get my money back.

Spamming me with text messages and I can't unsubscribe! Avoid! This company are breaking GDPR rules and sharing personal data between bykallevig and Interiorna without my consent. I mistakenly enquired about a chair from bykallevig and now get constantly spammed by both companies.

Should be no stars, but trustpilot won't allow that. I had never heard of this company untilI had a spam text message. It seems to be another front for Kallevig from which I once, foolishly, bought a chair. Service was abysmal. lots of unconvincing excuses and then spam texts started. I will avoid both Interiona and Kallevig like a nasty rash.

The Office Chair is just OKAY.
I guess for the price point, one shouldn't expect too much. The "leather" is some kind of soft fabric with a texture on it with a smell that hopefully will go away. Obviously it is fake leather, but it is very obviously fake leather. I got the flat back cushion, it is Velcro-ed onto the back.
The wheels work fine, are plastic. The steel work on it is okay. The mechanic of it being raised and lowered works good. The base of the chair is different than pictured. The "tilting" feature sort of works, but just makes it wobbly...

The chair comes in parts and was easy enough to assemble. The base needs to be attached to the top, the legs of the base also need to be screwed together and the wheels need to be put on. It shipped quick enough.

The back actually has a fold in it, and is folded when it arrives in the package. You cannot really see this in the photos, which makes me think they definitely took product photos of nicer items and then ship you something cheaper from China (the product is made in China of course). Which- I guess I should have known given the price point. The chair is not particularly comfortable and I will be surprised if it lasts up to three years.

The website design and the instagram now makes me realize that this company is definitely a front or a fake. It has smart design and writing/marketing on the site. However... something about it all seems fishy.

I would not really recommend this chair even though it does look nice enough. Spend more money elsewhere and get a product that is built better and will last longer.

Before I ordered to this online shop, I contacted their customer service to make sure that I will prevent some surprises. 1) Where the product will be coming from 2)If they have a warehouse in Dublin 3)If the product is PHYSICALLY in their warehouse 4)Approx delivery time

When I was satisfied with their responses I initially asked if the Ribbed office chair is available, but it wasn't. So I ordered my next preferred chair - Cross office chair, Medium, Black.
The following day, they already started the dispatch of the chair and they sent me a track-and-trace afterward to monitor the whereabouts of my chair during delivery. The chair was picked from their warehouse on 25 Nov and delivered to my apartment today, 1 December 2021.
I was so happy and satisfied with the delivery and the quality of the office chair that I bought. For that price point, I think it is really worth it. The material is of good quality. With my experience, I can definitely recommend Interiorna to others with the hope that others can experience the same level of satisfaction I had with them. Please do remember that you are paying for that price point and it's a very reasonable price for the quality of the office chair that I purchased from them.

Perfect and as described with fast delivery

We bought an office chair at interiorna. All the process went smoothly, from choosing our favorite chair to getting it delivered. The quality of the chair is excellent, it is comfortable and looks fantastic! We are delighted with the purchase.

I don’t know how this company managed to get my phone number (never purchased anything from them) but they sent me countless text messages nonetheless with no way to opt out. No easy way to contact them either - had to go through a chat function (trying to capture my email, too!).

Got my office chair delivered in a timely manner and it was easy to assemble. Great live chat support that helped me with copy of invoice.
