Buyer beware
Super fast shipping. That’s where it ends. No after sales service, live chat doesn’t respond. “Director of sales” email doesn’t respond. Telephone goes nowhere. I was trying to simply replace one part which arrived rusted and damaged.
This is a glossy shell webpage for what is really a cheap product, timber laminate (not even laminate wood like actual film) desk at a price that makes you think you’re getting a good deal for a product you were expecting but never received. Seller is clearly a drop shipper, fronting as UK/Western European business of which a simple search on companies house reveals it is based in Belgrade. Will be pursuing my full refund through Amex. Thank god for that!

Liked the products, but shipping costs were the highest we ever paid and unreasonable.
We contacted support on chat, were told we would hear back but didn’t.
Still decided to purchase, although less products than planned due to shipping costs.
