Excellent Service

Looking for a short term let in the centre of London, Alexa at Interlet was brilliant; very helpful, professional and friendly.  A real contrast to some other agencies and listing sites I contacted, with most of whom communication was frustratingly difficult.

Alexa really helped with finding the right property, sorting out the contract and getting everything arranged for moving in. As this was the first time renting in London without being able to view properties, it was very reassuring to be able to talk to someone I felt I could trust. Interlet's client money protections were also reassuring.

I can thoroughly recommend Interlet, and Alexa in particular.

It’s unfortunate that politeness…

It’s unfortunate that politeness doesn’t stop these guys from keeping your money. I was only given their terms and conditions I parted with my money..which begs me to believe they have a hidden agenda… no choice but to escalate this to the proper authorities as communication is sporadic at best!! The information they provide is misleading, be careful!!

You provided mis-information yourself and you want to lecture me on the information I provided. I have no problem you representing your landlord. I provided information based on what was asked of me in the first instance. People come from all walks of life and are not as academic as some struggle to put information together without a proper format to work with.. that’s where I came in.

The fact remains you misled me in the first instance for not providing the correct information before you took my money and on that fact alone… you misrepresented your intentions… for this alone I won’t let it drop because you seem to be dismissing and ignoring this basic fact!!

Just my remember my email trail clearly shows where you went wrong in your process!!

Regarding the substance of your complaint, please bear in mind:
1. When challenged over their authenticity, you admitted in writing that the Landlord and Employer references provided were in fact written by yourself.
2. Our team was unable to use the contact details you gave for both your previous landlord and employer to verify your references in a timely manner - despite repeated attempts.

Good tenant referencing is a hallmark of the service we provide our landlords, and is a crucial part of our duty of care to all our customers. The holding deposit you paid reserves the property, making it impossible for the landlord to offer it to anyone else while your deal is processed.
In cases like yours, where misleading, incomplete or incorrect documents have been provided, the landlord is entitled to keep the holding deposit (of one week's rent) as compensation for reasonable losses.

Regarding the way your complaint was processed: It was first escalated from your negotiator her head of department, and then to head office. Interlet's director contacted you personally in order to address your concerns. We take all customer concerns very seriously, and we wish you the best of luck in your search for a home.

I have had a positive experience with Interlet as a buyer

I have had a positive experience with Interlet as a buyer, which does not happen often in the London market where estates agents usually side with sellers. Federico is professional and helpful throughout the sales process and beyond. He presented the property in a fair, clear and not misleading way, willingly accommodated my request to view the property more than once, assisted negotiation with the seller, facilitated documentation production to speed up completion, and even sent me detailed floor plan after the sale was completed, when I asked for it to market the property. Interlet understands the buyer’s needs and go out of their way to be supportive. Many thanks to Federico!

Great service and prompt response

It was a great help to have a detailed consultation with the gentle customer service.

The first property wasn't ideal for me at the viewing, but she provided additional personalized suggestions.

Above all, their response speed is very fast, such as replying to questions and arranging viewings on the day.

Absolutely fantastic service from Interlet lettings team! Especially Shivan was so kind and helpful when I needed to find an accommodation in 3 days. Highly recommend using if you really need assistance rather than an agent passing on messages.

Professional and friendly team

I've been renting a studio in Kensington for 1 year already and Interlet was always very helpful in dealing with the issues we had. They always answer my phone calls and emails almost immediately. All the team is so professional and friendly and I could not recommend Interlet more highly.

Positive Experience

Great experience dealing with Interlet

Great experience dealing with Interlet and in particular Hope and Tudor. Hope has also been incredibly helpful with any queries that I have had. Tudor was also great in terms of viewing properties and ensuring that everything was in order in terms of the tenancy agreement and everything was dealt with ease and no problems.

Don't touch them with a barge pole!
I made my first appointment with them which they tryed to rearrange 20 minutes beforehand and was promised a call back within 90mins. I explained that I needed to know quickly as I had two further appointments that day with my electrician and accountant. Calls then went to voicemail, SMSes were ignored as were Whatsapps. I missed my accountant but was able to re-schedule later that day but also meant that I didnt finish with my electrician (again re-arranged) until around 21:00!
Arranged to meet with Interlet the following day but they didnt show up or respond to messages.
Totally unprofessional and clearly lacking any manners.

Excellent service and beautiful flat!

I am very pleased with the service carried out by Shivan and Nishaad. They exceeded all expectations I could ever have on a real estate agency. They have been extremly helpful and serviceminded and fulfilled all my inquiries regarding the flat. They are really easy to reach, and when I arrived in London, Nishaad met me to give me the keys on his day off, which is not something agencies usually do. This just provet that they do anything and everything for their clients, and if you are thinking about renting from Interlet, I would give my full recommendation to proceed with your inquiry.

I am more than pleased with the help and service I received! Absolutely love the flat and the service!

Awful, untrustworthy

Absolutely awful agency. Soon after I moved in, major building began on the floor right below my flat. Incessant and horrible noise. Was not informed building works would happen before I moved in. Woke up one night to find water dripping from the lightbulb directly above - health and safety clearly not a priority. Flat poorly and incompetently managed. Really not recommended.
