Poor product quality and unreliable parcel service – ongoing disappointment
Two recurring issues at Intermarché São Bartolomeu de Messines:
Fish counter: products are never truly fresh. The appearance, smell, and texture of the fish are consistently questionable. Freshness is clearly lacking, and this is not a one-off problem.
Chronopost drop-off point: a disastrous experience. I sent two parcels via the in-store Chronopost service, and neither of them was ever delivered. No clear explanation, no proper tracking, and no accountability from the store. The parcels simply vanished without a trace.
For a national chain, one would expect better standards, both in product quality and basic service reliability.
