It was the second I have used the services, because I was sick, had flu like symptoms, a cough, fever and could not get an appointment with my regular physician. It was a waste of time. However, I was not charged for the visit and told to go to urgent care for a 45 minutes drive and a 200 min wait time

In the first call the physician assistant was very personable and listened to everything I had to say. She did not think it was flu and prescribed medicine for cold symptoms. By evening I was feeling much worse and called again. This doctor seemed perturbed that I had called again. He said if I don't have a fever, I don't have the flu. He acted like he could not wait to get me off the phone. Next day I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with flu.
As far as I am aware...I never had a fever.

First visit, a week ago, not so good. Tried again while in CA now one week more sick. Great service, great listening, great compassion, great care.

Provider was thorough and answered all my questions without making me feel hurried.

I was a bit apprehensive at first, but it was nice to get professional attention from a physician. I didn't receive a concrete diagnosis of what I had, yet the visit prompted me to go into a doctors office which I may not have done with out the virtual visit.

Very fast and easy to use! Great saver of both time and money!

My child was the first to be dx with otitis media via Connect Care! I appreciated the PA walking me through that as I am very good with an otoscope. He was awesome and super personable and I appreciated him letting me try something new! Would love to win the thermometer!!!

This was so fast and easy. I got all my questions answered from a friendly competent doctor quickly and easily from the comfort of my home. I would recommend this to everyone.

It was awesome! It did take maybe 20-30 minutes to connect with someone, but I also was calling at 2:00 in the morning, and was way more comfortable waiting to talk to a physician on my couch than I would have been at a hospital or clinic.

Wonderfully convenient! There are some sometimes long waits to be connected to a physician, however, in my experience they keep the video call short, listen well, and are very helpful.

i have nothing but positive things to say about IHC! connect care is a lifesaver, especially if you have kids! it’s so convenient to chat with a doctor from
home without exposing you or your children to office germs! highly recommend!

Excellent! So easy to use

I feel very valued as a parent and patient at Intermountain Healthcare.
The staff is amazing and you can tell the nurses enjoy their jobs and are treated fairly.

The only problem is, and always will be, the availability of certain food/drinks for parents/family. There is scientific proof that artificial sugars are worse for you than real sugar. Forcing diet drinks on people is unhealthy and irresponsible.

It was great to not have to go to a facility or doctor's office to be diagnosed with the cold (virus), It seems when you are sick with a contagious issue that to avoid contact with other people is the best interest of everyone.
I did not have all issues of my illness resolved but that was my fault for not addressing it. It seems when you type in your issue that it has been read by the provider but wasn't.

My problem was taken care of very quickly. Friendly and professional. I️ would definitely use this service again. Thanks, Darlene

My Connect Care visit was so easy. I got the help I needed quickly from the comfort of my home and was able to get a prescription filled the same evening. Thank you!

It was great being able to get help for my UTI without needing to leave the house.

I had a busy morning and knew I needed an antibiotic. I was able to meet with the doctor and get my prescription quickly and in the midst of the things I needed to do. It was great!!

I love the availability, the price, and everything about Connect Care! I have used it several times and so have my sons for their families. The care was great, the staff was kind and knowledgeable and the convenience can't be beat! What a great service!
