Highly recommend it according to my experience
I love it! Zero irritation or dryness! It’s very gentle but effective. And there was a problem with my address (I wrote it wrong) and they were very attentive and very nice, they called me and solved the problem. They also sent me 2 samples with my order, I’m very happy with the product I ordered but even more happy with the customer experience. I’ll buy all my skincare here from now on.
I am very disappointed with the service. It has been two weeks since I placed my order, and I still have no idea where my parcel is. The tracking information has been stuck with no updates for days, and the company has provided zero communication regarding the delay. Shipping to Ireland usually doesn't take this long, and the total lack of transparency is unacceptable. I expected a much more professional approach. At this point, I am left without my products and without any answers. I would not recommend ordering from here if you expect a timely delivery.
I was a bit in doubt because I never bought on this website and prices are great . But everything arrived super fast like 1-2 days and I am super satisfied.
Is it at all possible to contact someone from International Cosmetic? I had an expensive order that was unable to be delivered due to the Correos Express delivery point being closed. The order has been returned (and shows as returned on the Correos Express website) almost a month ago and despite 4 emails and an instagram message, I have been unable to get any answers regarding my refund. The number on the website is disconnected so I am unsure as to what to do next. They owe me 100€ for an order that was undelivered through no fault of mine.

Incomplete delivery and no costumer service!
I have waited two weeks but it's time to share my experience. Have ordered multiple times already, always satisfied. However, the latest (very pricy) order was missing a product. I have send several e-mails (send on different days, which I can account for), called multiple times (also via the number shared on their website), contacted them via Instagram (since I got zero response) and only via that route I received a phonenumber which was apparently a wrong one (not my fault). No one picked up, again, so I tried Whatsapp and I am currently and finally in contact with someone via Whatsapp. This person hardly speaks English, is a trainee, and is telling me that they can't solve this issue. So it's forwarded to another department. This person tells me I will receive no confirmation of their action or cc. It is resolved now, but they don’t have this costumer journey in a good flow (share the right WhatsApp on your website!) and stating that my emails got into a spam is also something that should be dealed with better.
It is solved now, they mean well, but a little more reflection on this process would be recommended!
