Created an account 3 weeks ago and deposited money, bought crypto’s and now I can’t get back into my account, says it’s inactive. Constantly trying to contact them via all contacts available and no response . Even scammers on there telegram page trying to take my details. Stay away!! Any good reviews on this page are bots or were paid for.

I don't my money back. I have BNB but I didn't withdraw. It also says that you crosed the daily limit when I wanted to trade. I tried to reach from everywhere, but the support team is not responding. In short I lost my money there

Very bad experience don’t ever buy anything from this site it’s scam.

I tried trading AFC on Indoex.
I bought in low and when the price went up
to $0.006746 on Coinmarketcap the price on
Indoex stayed at $0.0014. No movement at all.
It is impossible to trade on a coin when the exchange
does not reflect the actual price.
I highly doubt that coinmarketcap got the price movement wrong, What is going on anyway?

My trades won't execute. Bought $100 of SAFEBTC, had made enormous profits and tried pulling it from exchange. Noticed that Withdraw function was disabled overnight for just that one token. They do not answer support tickets or the customer support phone number. Sad to say this exchange is a scam.

Its a scam, 105 $ are stuck and nobudy answers me!

Not gonna recommend this to anyone. they dont have Market based order system only Limit orders are available which hardly work. after two months of worst experience i thought its better to take my balance back to my wallet, guess what!!! its not working. they wont let me withdraw my coins. absolute scams. whoever is giving positive feedback not sure if they havent tried withdrawing or they belong to this scam exchange

DO NOT INVEST! This is a scam, I'm glad i didn't invest a lot of money because once you start to earn money on it they block you from withdrawing or transferring it. Will never invest again!

This is a scam website! I transferred £50 into indoex and traded it to get £500 and when you go to withdraw your money they say there are no funds to withdraw and block you from withdrawing your coins and transferring them- do not invest any of your money into this website or you will lose it. My sister also invested some money into the website and has lost her money too.

By far the most frustrating exchange I've traded on and I've traded on over 40 exchanges.

The withdrawal fees are ridiculously high compared to other exchanges.

The most absurd issue is when they choose to restrict various wallets from withdrawing. I don't think it is a coincidence that the wallet I have with the most value suddenly is restricted from withdrawals just before I initiate a withdrawal. I literally started checking the wallet status before converting coins for withdrawal to make sure it wasn't restricted. Then after spending my time swapping and trading different tokens and coins to one particular coin with the lowest withdrawal fee, it suddenly becomes restricted from withdrawals.

I've emailed and asked for the reasoning behind locking up random wallets but as of yet haven't received any reply. It's ridiculous to have assets within their exchange that you can't access.

I can't imagine why there are 5 star reviews praising this exchange unless the reviews are from employees or someone tied to the exchange.

If you are looking for an exchange to trade on, pay costly fees, increase your frustration level and waste your valuable time then this is the one for you.

Take my advice and go elsewhere.

What a dogs**t exchange lol.

The home of numerous rug projects and s**tcoins. I warned them about one with sufficient evidence. I was subsequently banned from their Telegram, no response through email and now the token in question just rugged lol. Why would they care? They got paid for the listing.

Had to dump some of the said s**tcoins from an airdrop. Went to withdraw XRP and the minimum withdraw is 10 XRP, the transaction fee is... You guess it 10 XRP!!! lol.

It's not like anyone is seriously going to use this "exchange" but it made me laugh none the less. The maximum withdrawal among every currency is ridiculous and if this is a KYC issue you've f**king dreaming if you think I'm sending these jokers my personal information.

thought it was a scam but eventually got my money out. Exchange is ok but customer service is very slow indeed.

Beware, Indoex is a nothing but a scam exchange. After your purchases, your funds are non-withdrawable and your account is blocked after series of trials and complaint.

Finance dispute and reclaim firm with cryptographic experts are where I forwarded my complaints without paying any fees, for my money to be gotten back.
