International Peptides shows great knowledge and I'm very impressed by the team about the latest published research, their products, best practices, and so on, but paired with their willingness to freely share this with others so that customers are well-informed shows me how passionate they are. I've never seen a company with so much integrity.

So there was some confusion mainly on my side trying to use the Google pay and cash app payment options. Some of the things you should know is if you have a temporary debit card or gift card even though Google pay says they will work it will not. This by no means is international peptides issue it is Google pay issue. Don't waste your money expecting to use a temporary debit card a prepaid debit card or a gift card on Google pay. They will allow you to add it but they won't actually allow you to use it. So to protect yourself make sure you have a debit card are credit card or bank account that will process through Google pay or cash app or zelle. The sales team at international peptides was stellar they were so helpful and patient and got back to me immediately when I was experiencing problems. as soon as my payment was processed they immediately put it into priority mail for me. This will definitely be my go-to company for peptides and any other products say carry in the future.

I'm extremely impressed by the presentation and quality of International Peptides products. It's clear how much time and attention to detail was put into the products, the packaging, even the smallest details. From the lab reports I received with my order to the ease of the checkout process, I'll continue to use this company and wouldn't go anywhere else.

The whole top came off one of the vials I bought while trying to remove the plastic cover. I contacted the company and I am still waiting for them to issue a refund. Over 3 weeks ago

Nothing in spam box and all other email sent came through with no problem. You know I used Zelle, I told you 5 times already, so all you have to do is issue a refund. Just a poor attempt to look good. The amount was also for $21.21 with the refund.
Anyone else that has problems with this company like I did, should file a claim with the BBB as I did.
Nothing broke off.
Buyers please be very cautious about using this company. There are many other, more reputable companies to buy peptides from that acknowledge their mistakes and are willing to fix them. Most of them also conduct independent third party analysis of their products and can provide documentation upon request. This is independent documentation and not what the manufacturers send them.
Finally, do you really want to deal with a company that is willing to post personal information over negative feedback? Very unprofessional

I have to admit I had a couple of hiccups with payment methods changing and I think their website went through transition and had trouble communicating. But at the end of the day, IP came through for me. The products are good and I have had good experiences with them processing, expediting, and keeping me apprised of my orders. I highly recommend them.

Paid for order sent emails put a claim on order and still have not seen anything. I think they might have gone out of business. No response to Email, or Phone calls.

I have placed money orders with IP and there has never been any need to communicate with their sales team because as soon as you place the order and pay your order is processed and you get a tracking number immediately after. You receive your order within 3 to 5 business days and you can pay them with any major credit card. I am very happy with their customer service and their products are Superior to any other company that carries the same products as they do. Give them a try and you'll never use anybody else.
