International Plus 

SCAMMED!!! After confirming they had the implant size in stock international plus took payment for my wives surgery. An hour before surgery they advised they never had the implants but could give her different ones which was considerably smaller and not what she wanted. The surgery was cancelled and there has been no refund processed, emails and messages ignored. £4650.00 scammed. This company is dishonest and cannot be trusted.

I had an amazing experience all around with international plus. From my coordinator arranging everything, to my translator asking the questions I’d forgotten ask to my surgeon, so I still had the answers I needed. The after care team took great care of me and listened to all my concerns and reassured me of all of them. I literally didn’t have to worry about a single thing, everything was arranged for me the second I landed in Istanbul Airport,( transport to and from the airport , hotel bookings, appointments transfers to and from, amazing translator) you name it, if I needed it during my stay, it was all arranged for me. I can’t thank everyone enough!!!! 10/10!!

Professional, Organized & Life-Changing Experience

Choosing to undergo dental treatment abroad is a big decision, but my experience with International Plus exceeded every expectation.

From the very beginning, my medical advisor Lora was incredible. She supported me through every step, answered all my questions patiently, and made me feel completely confident before even flying to Turkey. Her communication and professionalism were outstanding.

When I arrived, everything was perfectly organized. My translators, Zübeyde and Sana, were always present and made sure I understood every detail of the procedure. Having that level of support in another country truly gives you peace of mind.

A special thank you to Dr. Izzet and the assistant Esmanur. Their professionalism, precision, and attention to detail were exceptional. I felt safe throughout the entire process, and the results exceeded my expectations. You can see that they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in their work.

Thank you also to Kagan, the photographer, who captured the transformation beautifully, and to all the drivers who transported me between the hotel and clinic — always on time, polite, and well organized.

What impressed me most is how structured and serious the company is. From airport pickup to final appointment, everything runs smoothly. You are never left alone — they truly have you covered.

To anyone who feels unsure because of negative reviews online — my experience was completely positive. International Plus is a legitimate, professional, and trustworthy team.

I would recommend them without hesitation. They didn’t just improve my smile — they restored my confidence.

I was very happy with my treatment until the anaesthetic wore off. Once I got my sense back I realised the dentures are too small. But worse than that they broke after 6 months, that's in spite of buying the most expensive variant. To top it all they want me to cover the travel and hotel e experience to receive remedial treatment.
I would not recommend them to a friend because when things go wrong the all but wash their hands.
Im extremely dissatisfied and distressed.

We are really disappointed with the international clinic more because my husband performed dental care and really the result is not at the level of this clinic and to avoid for your mental good and health 😡

Incredibly unprofessional consultation. Very rude and obnoxious. Waved serious red flags. My own personal opinion I feel like I can’t trust this company just based on one person. Very pushy. Very rude can’t stress that enough. Mac Spenie rang me at 8 am in the morning i’m when I couldn’t take that call due to it being so early and having children to take to school he then had a serious attitude problem. Stating that most people were up at 7 am and if I didn’t wanna quote, why was I asking for one? I’ve spoke to a number of Dentist in Turkey and I’ve never had to deal with this type of attitude. The whole thing was very off-putting and left me feeling really uncomfortable. The majority of people I’ve spoke to from Turkey are very kind and forthcoming very accommodating in business. I’ve never come across someone so rude before either this man Dr or assistant was having a off day either way it’s left me to leave this review.

I might have started looking at cosmetic dental treatments in Istanbul because of the better price but I ended up happy with my decision because of the clarity, efficiency, and competency provided at International Plus. Every step of the process was documented and explained, and our translator/counselor was with us from beginning to end. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend, or to return at some point in the future if needed.

Dt. Abdurrahim has been amazing made sure everything was good and I was comfortable with the treatment I did not have any pain constantly asked me questions about how it feels with my crowns he looked at it from all the angles and made it perfectly smooth very professional

My name is Alexander . I've once again turned to International Plus for help, and they've deceived me again. After I had my roots implanted, an employee of the so-called clinic, Dina assured me that this treatment would be "once and for life." I've already returned several times with questions regarding the consequences of this so-called treatment. Now Dina isn't answering my calls or responding to my messages. I don't know who writes good reviews here, but after they took my money, I've encountered nothing but negativity. If anyone is in the same situation as me, deceived by this clinic and considering legal action, please contact me on WhatsApp or Viber at +7 914 758 2000. I think it would be advisable to file a class action lawsuit. I can send all the correspondence with International Plus employees, which will make it clear that i were left in a helpless state.

I have had an amazing experience at international plus dental. I have used the company previously for surgery, so I knew it was a trustworthy and 5* company to come back for dental work. My translator sena was amazing throughout, she made me feel very comfortable and looked after me start to finish. My dentist Husyin and his assistant were the best service I have had for dentists, very easy going, quick and comforting. I would recommend international plus dental to anybody. Very clean, modern & top technology.

Although it has been a long road, my teeth are now fantastic

My husband and I went there and not even a year after our final procedures we are both having issues. His implants were placed wrong and because they put connective crowns I can’t properly floss and I’m having more dental issues. Don’t believe all the reviews they force patients to do a positive review right after they do their dental work.
