***** 5 Star Service. For 10 years this utter rubbish on the internet had hindered my life personally and professionally. This company changed all that and I can finally move on from false slanderous stories. I’d tried myself and even with a solicitor. These guys were a breeze.

I had approached other companies who claim to be able to remove content and charge an awful lot of money, but are not able to remove the content as they claim because although they make it sound easy it can be very complicated. I found Internet Erasure Ltd by chance and gave them a call. From the outset I was told what could be done and time frames. I was sceptical because I had already paid significant sums to other companies with no results. IEL pointed out the breach of contract by the others which enabled me to recover the money. From the outset IEL were upfront about the procedure and time frames and were totally upfront and honest. They continued to work in the background and achieved everything they said they would. I have had no hesitation recommending them to others as their service is above and beyond the competition. I do not leave reviews but hopefully this stops someone being scammed and gets them the result they are looking for.

I contacted Internet Erasure back in August 2022 having struggled to get my life back on track after my incarceration. The media had a field day with my court case, everywhere I turned I saw images of myself on all of the serach engines, all the details of my case were listed in posts, some of which I never even knew existed. Due to my situation I never even attempted to find employment, I felt there was no point as I was fully aware most employers just put your name into Google, had my photos not existed it may have been different, but I eventually went self employed and have now grown a successful business. The staff at Internet Erasure were very confident at the beginning that my internet History would be deleted, I never doubted them but it has been an uphill struggle of near on 2 and a half years of work. Internet Erasure kept me updated throughout this time reassuring me that the search engines would eventually take down my links, I must admit I began to give up hope and felt that we were flogging a dead horse. Low and behold progress was being made and I noticed links and pictures disappearing, this was a relief and I began to see light at the end of the tunnel. Although Internet Erasure have succesfully dealt with my case they have reassured me that they will still monitor activity to ensure everything is 100%, this in my opinion is going above and beyond what is expected and I really appreciate there commitment not only to me but to all those in the same situation. Put simply - this company is the real deal with having negative publications removed online about you.

Without going in to the complexities of my case (and they were very long winded) many articles, publications and negative links about me found their way on to search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing, Duck and Go etc) without any credible proof of authority.

The case took a lot longer than expected, but they never gave up and kept working way beyond what would have been expected of any other law firm.

There is clearly a need for people’s right to privacy and to be forgotten online but it's a complete minefield if you try and have such information removed yourself and the likes of Google etc will simply blind-side you with data protection / public right of interest etc.

I was sentenced to 12 months in prison 6 years ago now, for a crime that the media have found very interesting. They have re-posted the story any time another person has been committed of the same crime and I must have been in over 100 articles.

This caused serious anxiety and upset and I was so worried that my baby would be able to read all the articles (most of which were elaborated and untrue) when he was older. I came across Internet Erasure by accident, I wasn’t aware the right to be forgotten was a ‘thing’ and I read a thread on Mumsnet where someone talked about them, so I reached out.

Philip, Martin, Joy and the team have all been amazing. Despite having pushback originally from Google that the articles were still in public interest and could not be removed, they fought and fought until Google agreed to remove them.

Ive then had an issue where the Mirror posted a new article just a couple of weeks ago and I shared it with Philip and he went above and beyond by taking it up with the Mirror until they agreed to remove my name and photo as my conviction is now spent, and Philip his now pressing for an undertaking that they will not do this again.
