i was able to place the order quite easily but there was no reply from the several emails
I wanted to know if the recipient would be told who sent the gift. no reply but eventually managed to get a reply via facebook to be told that I need to tell the person. Not sure if that person had an invoice as there was no note inside but she did get it.

wrong item sent - bathrobe instead of a MUG! How could you get it so wrong, We await them getting it sorted.
BUT will say it did arrive quickly!!! But obviously no use to me !

Ordered some items that I had seen that were perfect to put away for Christmas presents. One of my items was the last one and was found to be damaged before dispatch and I had a refund and an email communicating the fact.

I ordered 2 yankee candles, got an email to say one had broke and it was the last in stock so they'd refund me for that, which they did. Waited over a week for the other before being told it was lost in the post and they'd refund me, still waiting for that. Wouldn't use this website again.
