This is the worst company i have ever…

This is the worst company i have ever seen. Please people avoid this company. They are unreliable and unprofessional. No support. They will never pickup or return call or email. I purchase domain from them more than 5 months ago till date i am still trying to get to then to provide credential to the domain. I always directed to switchboard. Please beware of this company..

Stay AWAY - It is not worth it!

Stay far, far, far away from these people. I rue the day I ever got involved with them; there is NO WAY the positive reviews are genuine. They target new companies, so please be careful. The costumer service (no, not a typo) managers are unprofessional & have wasted a shocking & unacceptable amount of my time with their utter BS. You've been warned if you have recently incorporated your company & receive any communication from these people, put the phone down or bin the letter they are not worth the time or the effort. After finally transferring my domain away from them, they are now chasing me for payment for said domain, even going as far as to threaten me with a collection agency. I'm beginning to think they are AI (artificial intelligence) as the lack of basic common sense from these "people" is apparent! They truly are appalling & I'm considering reporting them to trading standards, but then it's more of MY TIME wasted on their BS! JUST STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

EDIT: I've just seen their reply lol which I very much doubt is from the same people I have been dealing with. If any of their "costumer" service agents were able to articulate themselves in the manner of this reply here I wouldn't have needed to come to trust pilot to complain!

"in order for us to run the company it is also important for us to get paid for the services that we provide" LOLLLLL you haven't provided a service that's the issue, you can't even explain yourselves most of the time & you've caused me nothing but problems and wasted my time. Simple cUstomer service protocol which you do not understand has not been followed & you've the nerve to come here and try to patronise me!

The phone number they have left is not based here in the UK so there's the issue right there. Sick of this b*ll*cks!

We always strive to make our customers happy but in order for us to run the company it is also important for us to get paid for the services that we provide. If we have renewed the domain but you later on transfer the domain we do still need the payment for that. Though, it shouldn't be any extra cost for you since the new domain supplier shouldn't take out the cost for a domain that is already renewed.

This is a scam company, uses new company data to find leads and overcharge - stay far away and don't take their free trial.

Scam Company.

Scam Company.

I registered a new company and took a trial period with them for my company website. Cancelled it after the trial and 3 months after, received an invoice that I will be charged £11.95. I never ordered any domain. Scammers.

When you started your trial period with us, you were informed that your domain was free for the first year as a gift, and that it would be £11.95 per year afterwards.

During your trial period we note that our colleague was unable to contact you and so unable to confirm if you wanted to cancel the domain, hence the invoice was issued.

As the domain is registered in your name, you decide whether to keep it or not for another year. If you do not wish to keep your domain then you can always contact us, so we can cancel it for you.

I wouldn't recommend this company

I've been with them for two years and it has been a struggle to communicate with them via email. For the better part of a year I struggled to get a reply. I had to spam email them before someone replied to tell me that I should have emailed them sooner.

They are completely opaque about their policies. I am being charged for a restoration fee and was not reminded closer to the renewal date, in fact the last reminder was 2 months prior. I am new to web hosting and I expected more support, or at least a warning that the charge would be £41.

I wasn't happy with the fact that after I joined internetse I was given very little by way of information. I wasn't even aware who my registrar was and I was confused as to why everything has to be done by email.

On the flip side, when I finally got through, the customer support was friendly and helpful. I don't know if the customer support has improved over time, but I've received regular and prompt replies since.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the service, but your mileage may vary.

To bad that you did not like your experience with us. I am going to be as honest as I can about what happend:

Based on our records, we sent you a reminder in the mid of March that your domain name needed to be renewed before the end of September, otherwise it would expire and I also explained what was needed to be done from your end for renewing the domain. This never happened and therefor did the domain expire. You did then contact us in July about the domain and we could, and still can, restore the it for you. It is a common practise at web hosting companies to charge a restoration fee so that is nothing different from what we do.

I was happily surprised …

I was happily surprised when I received an email from Viktor Svensson
Customer manager telling me I had paid my invoice twice by error and was automatically refunded without me even realizing i had overpaid. It is refreshing to know there are still some honorable companies out there that look after their customers instead of robbing them blind if they do not pay attention. So great job and I will definitely recommend your company any chance i get

Beyond belief!

I can say with all confidence and honesty that the help I received from this organization is beyond belief. The unevaporated professionalism and impregnable patience of the individual, i.e., Shaimaa Elbana and her co-workers are treasurable. And on that note, I would like to say a "very big thank you" for their cooperation, amalgamated with their innate understanding and enthusiasm towards my dream. Without their help, I don't think it would have been possible for me to get started with pursuing my goals.

Internetse are a very efficient Company for domain names and websites.
