They give no service. The display of my Shimano E-bike didn't work anymore. There was a lot of moisture behind the glas of the display. They didn't accept the warranty clame. I had to go to an shimano centre to get proof......
An absolute Disaster...
Ordered an E-Bike for my wife and it was paid for by Credit Card but the bike was never shipped even after three weeks..
No answer to my Emails or support request tickets.
I have since learned that the company is insolvant and has financial and management problems.
For me this is fraud and the company is misleading people.
I have informed my credit card company and bank and requested a chargeback.
People, you are protected if you pay by credit card, you have consumer rights and even if a firm is insolvent and behaving in a fraudulent way you still can get your money back.
My advice however is not to buy anything from this company.
If i could give minus stars I would....
Full Fail! keep away - not trustworthy! Support is not answering tickets nor phone calls, I have been waiting for a refund for an RMA - for weeks the company simply ignored my contact attempts.
Very kind and good service from an employee called Alma. Will definitaly order from your website again.
Be very careful if you apply for a job at the Berlin department! The job tasks itself are okay, but if you need help or consultant from HR-department you will end up getting fired if you complain. Several employees have been fired during the past years for trying to better the terrible working environment especially in the content department. The company nor HR care for its employees, and several people have become ill during their time here. There have been several occasions with discrimination toward woman and men where HR have arrogantly looked the other way.
