My experience with your service has been terrible. When I subscribed to the storage service, I did so to avoid buying a physical hard drive and to be able to access my files from my devices. However, I cannot rely on leaving a queue of files uploading or downloading because errors occur at any moment. Not to mention the multiple authentication errors that happen frequently. As a result, I had to find another service, and I haven't experienced those problems with it.

Downloaded some sketchy zip file
Downloaded some sketchy zip file off a link in a youtube video description and i decided to use this site to check the files if the have some virus in them. The site said no viruses found so i thought ok, then this zip file is safe...I got a whole ass TROJAN. A virus file checker didn't notice a TROJAN. This site is NOT trustworthy for checking files if they're safe, NEVER using this site again. If i didn't immidiately search how to get rid off a trojan, all of my data and info woud be stolen by now, because some site mistakingly said that a TROJAN file is safe!
Poor customer support and no refund …
I purchased the Premium plan expecting a reliable cloud storage experience. After waiting over 24 hours to upload 150GB, the process got stuck and never completed.
When I looked for alternatives (CLI, WebDAV), I found out these are only available on the Ultimate plan. Trying to upgrade showed full prices with no discount, which felt like a bait-and-switch.
I requested a refund under their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee. I sent two emails over several days and have received zero response.
The product underdelivers and the support is non-existent. I'd recommend trying other providers before committing here.

Avoid Internxt, causes file loss, corruption, and large uploads don’t work
I purchased the Internxt lifetime plan via StackSocial because it was cheap, and that’s when my nightmare started. Using their service has been a terrible experience. I even had to buy another lifetime plan directly from their website just to use Rclone and other tools.
Their desktop app constantly freezes during syncing, and sometimes files get lost or even deleted from my computer, which means permanent data loss with no recovery. Uploading through the website is extremely slow, often getting stuck at 5GB or even freezing at 3GB.
When I moved files into a folder, about 7 files just disappeared, resulting in more lost data. I tested WebDAV and it’s very hard to even connect, and the connection drops every 5 minutes. Files also get corrupted. For example, I uploaded a 1GB video, but when I downloaded it, it was only 450MB. The rest was just gone.
Rclone doesn’t work either. It shows uploads as successful, but the files never appear in my account. Small files under 500MB might work, but large files never do. I contacted support, but they never replied or fixed anything.
They advertise features that don’t actually work. Folders seem to only handle around 2000 files, and anything more disappears or gets corrupted. Sync only processes a few files and then stops, and sometimes it even deletes files from my computer. They also installed a sketchy antivirus on my computer without my permission.
The mobile app doesn’t work at all. It takes forever to load files and folders, and the whole system is very slow. Because of all these issues, especially file loss and failed uploads, I can’t use their service at all. I asked for a refund within 10 days, but they refused.
I learned my lesson, never trust this company again. Cheap services come with problems.
When I post problem on their Reddit, they banned me on Reddit and my account on Internxt as well.
Avoid Internxt, even if they offer $1 for a lifetime 1TB plan. I lost some of my important files.

The rest was not worth the price. good amount of space, but very limited use:
- Sharing files possible, but only WITHOUT a password.
- Backup possible, but without maintaining the original time of the files, just staying with the time of upload.
- webdav is not available.
The company offers all this and much more, but NOT if you buy it over different channels (e.g. stacksocial.com), as they treat those customers differently as buying from their website.
Be advised.
Within the 30-Day Window, Refund Approved — But Nothing Happened.
I purchased a lifetime plan on March 28, 2026, and quickly discovered a fundamental technical limitation that prevents me from using the service for my intended use case.
I submitted a refund request within the 30-day money-back guarantee period. A support agent responded and explicitly confirmed that a refund could be processed, as my request falls within the eligible period. I replied within minutes — and since then: complete silence. No response, no follow-up, nothing.
I also reached out via live chat and only received an automated message confirming my request was forwarded to the team. Still no reply.
It is deeply frustrating that a refund was explicitly confirmed in writing, and that I responded almost immediately — yet days have passed without any action or follow-up. I am still within the 30-day guarantee window and simply expect the company to honor what was promised.
The public holidays end on Tuesday, at which point I will inform my bank and provide all relevant documentation so that they can initiate the necessary steps to recover my payment.
I will update this review once the matter has been resolved.

Everything went really bad after a few months.
I was a happy and satisfied customer of Internxt — until I had a problem. Since then, I know that support simply does not exist.
In November, I got the Black Friday Lifetime 5TB promotion offer four times and was able to access 20TB cloud storage to copy my backups and other data to the cloud.
Everything worked perfectly — until a month ago. Since then, my IP has been blocked by Internxt through CloudFlare. Unfortunately I have a fixed IP, so I can't access my paid plan anymore. So I wrote to customer support, but unfortunately only got an "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" response. Accordingly, I have contacted the next e-mail address, hello [at] internxt.com, but have not received any feedback so far.
In the meantime, I have contacted Internxt eight times and tried it through different channels, so far without success. If I don't hear anything in the next two weeks, it will take legal action.
Avoid this like the plague
Avoid this like the plague. Bought this a year+ back or so. They promised Webdav integration coming. So, decided to make the jump to get the lifetime premium.
Now they integrated these features, but not in the premium plan. For that they make you pay again for the ultimate plan. Support doesn't offer anything, just basically a middle finger. This is not a partner to rely upon. It may look cheap at times, but believe me, you get much better value elsewhere. And then I don't even go into the details of how unreliable backups are with Internxt. But straight-up lying to your customers to sell something and then just say "sorry, your problem" doesn't go well with me.
Lifetime AppSumo Customer Account Gone, Support Emails Ignored
I purchased a Lifetime Plan through AppSumo on December 17, 2021 and recently discovered my account no longer exists. No warning, no notice, no communication of any kind just gone.
To make matters worse, multiple support emails have gone completely unanswered. For a company that markets itself on privacy, security, and customer trust, the silence is deeply troubling.
I understand that Internxt’s terms state that a lost lifetime account is “deemed as lost,” but that clause does not excuse the complete failure to notify a paying customer before taking irreversible action. Customers who purchased lifetime plans through AppSumo did so in good faith based on what was advertised lifetime access, full stop.
I am not alone. Reviews across multiple platforms tell the same story AppSumo lifetime customers locked out without warning and met with either silence or demands to purchase new plans.
I have sent a formal written request for account restoration and am actively escalating this matter. If resolved, I will update this review accordingly.
