I have stored many files over the years, and recently I decided to download them, and was not able to due to some error. Contacted support, and eventually they have replied with "After reviewing the information with our technical team, it was determined that these files cannot be recovered.

Although they appear listed in your account, at the time the content was not fully stored, which means there is currently no valid copy from which they can be restored." So all my files are lost now. The worst cloud storage service.

After purchasing and installing the Internxt Drive 5TB lifetime plan, I can confidently say that the experience has exceeded my expectations. From a technical and managerial standpoint, the price-to-quality ratio is outstanding, especially considering the long term value of a lifetime license.

The platform is robust, well-designed, and clearly built with privacy by default as a core principle. End-to-end encryption, zero-knowledge architecture, and a strong commitment to open source technologies make this a compelling solution for anyone who takes data protection seriously. As a professional who values transparency and security, I appreciate that Internxt openly publishes its values and code, and aligns its product decisions with those principles.

Performance has been solid in daily use, with smooth synchronization, reliable access, and a clean user experience across platforms. Setup was straightforward, and the overall architecture reflects thoughtful engineering rather than marketing-driven shortcuts.

Equally important to me is the fact that this is a European product, built under strict EU privacy standards. In today’s landscape, that matters. It provides an extra layer of confidence that user data is treated with respect and not monetized or exploited.

I am genuinely looking forward to expanding my use of the ecosystem by testing additional services such as VPN, Internxt Clear, and other privacy-focused tools. If they follow the same philosophy and execution quality as Internxt Drive, this will easily become a long-term, all-in-one privacy stack for my professional and personal needs.

Highly recommended for technically literate users, managers, and organizations that prioritize privacy, security, and long-term value over hype.

Excellent cloud service with many great features, especially the Antivirus and Computer Cleaner service... I recommend it..

Again very short response time to my questions. My account-problem seems to be solved.
I am still convinced internxt is offering a great service and I especially appreciate the location of my data within Europe.

WebDAV is gone since october, and they now ask more money for something that was included in my plan. I don't see any use for a cloud storage which takes the same space on my main drive. They made me lose precious time and money, to leave me in a worse situation compared to the one I was before. I do not recommend.

I bought 5TB of storage from them, but I can't log in.
Even if I manage to log in by some miracle, I can't upload anything.
I can't perform any file operations either....
Interestingly, TerraBox cloud storage gives 1TB for free, and I can log in there and upload files.

Terrible experience, gave it enough time and chances. Tried contacting the customer service, nothing.

It won’t even upload 100gb in a 5tb plan.
Definitely not recommending this.

I expected to be able to invite contributors to my account to access project materials for our charity- but didn't find out until after I bought it that only one person can access files

Your Linux product needs work; your Windows Product I didn't have issues with.

There costumer service was great even while having to deal with regional time differences and the holiday season.

it doesn't work and am really disappointed because I believe in the company and what they are trying to do and after having tested other providers they also have their issues. I can see on their drive github repository they are constantly working on changes and improvements. Maybe in the future this product will be more reliable

-it does not maintain file create/modify timestamps which I was not aware of
-web page hangs for up to 20 seconds when browsing folders
-web page doesn't list file/folder count - no way to verify what has been uploaded
-desktop app - just decides to not sync many files for various reasons
-desktop app - can't uninstall fully as it leaves a load of junk
-desktop/web app - chronic slowness for upload/download
-desktop app - fails to move files to cloud only storage which means your hard drive will fill up
-storage used reported by desktop app and web page is different (out by Gb so nothing to do with rounding)
-they spend the majority of their focus on extra features and neglect the core product that isn't even a beta product (desktop version 2.6.4 at time of this post)

They upgraded me for free to the ultimate tier after they shuffled around the tiers and I lost access to the thing I have initially purchased with the 3TB lifetime premium account, such as Antivirus, Meet and Mail (still in development today).
After a couple of weeks or so of backwards and forwards with the support team, they have taken the decision to upgrade me to the Ultimate tier and now I have access to everything.

I moved my entire photo and video library to Internxt, and it has been a nightmare. The service is incredibly slow, but the biggest issue is that I can no longer view or download my own files.

The Mac app is completely broken and fails to sync or download. The web interface is buggy and unresponsive when attempting to export data. To make matters worse, they have restricted CLI access for my "user tier," effectively holding my data hostage as there is no functional way to get it out. Customer support has been silent. Do not trust this service with your data—it is currently unusable.

Good price, stable and easy to use. Also, always competent and fast customer service.

Tried their new AI, I am happy with it, I can't give it 5 stars simply because any AI that can hallucinate can not be considered 5 star worthy.

You purchased an Internxt lifetime plan (10 TB) and it took a very long time, and a lot of back‑and‑forth with an unhelpful support team, to even learn that CLI/WebDAV access is not included in this package. Uploading your data has been extremely frustrating: trying to move about 2 TB of files, you are seeing average upload speeds of only around 10 GB per hour, which is unacceptably slow given the amount of electricity, CPU usage and time this consumes. Sync via the native Windows app is very slow, and browser downloads are unstable and unreliable. The problem is clearly on Internxt’s side, because your internet connection provides 500 Mbit/s upload bandwidth.

I advise against using InterNXT. I purchased a 10TB lifetime plan in early 2025, during which time applications such as the CLI were fully functional with this subscription. However, several months later, these features have been removed. The company now claims these tools were never included with the service. This experience is reminiscent of similar issues encountered with Degoo, raising concerns about the reliability of their service commitments.

Don't get fooled by their bluff on their website. You can search for Internxt security concerns on the internet and find out more.
This cloud is extremely slow. The desktop app takes up to 6 hours to sync 3GB of data while at the same time, that amount of data only needs less than 30 minutes to sync on their website but I have doubt that syncing online bypasses encryption but their encryption is nonsense anyway when the speed affects your work significantly and due to the problem I mentioned above.
Their customer service is horrible. You have to wait up to 2 weeks for real people to reply or sometimes they never reply.
Their desktop apps have a lot of annoying errors.
This company only want to take in as much money as they want but ignoring the quality of their service. Who knows one day they will disappear like Thunderdrive or forfeit your lifetime storage like Zoolz.
