Internxt has huge quality problems.

In February 2025, I subscribed to the lifetime 10TB offer. But what for? The Internxt Drive function is so buggy that the synchronization of 80,000 files (28 GB) never completes, even after leaving the software running for WEEKS (with a 1GBps internet connection) and never reaches completion. Tests with small batches of files show unacceptable bugs: the software loses control as soon as you rename a folder, files are lost, etc. You just have to look at the logs to see that the software chains error after error. I've tried every new version of Internxt-Drive, to no avail. So I fell back on the "backup" function which, although minimalist, worked well. But Internxt has removed this feature from my account, without reason and without warning, and does not respond to my requests for reactivation. So, I have 10TB but... I can't do anything with it! According to this logic, they could propose petabytes! This is what you call a scam. Avoid this provider.
EDIT: they finally answered after my post on Trustpilot... They explained me that the backup functionality was not available in plans purchased through the Stacksocial channel although the functionality was 'unintentionally available' for a while. I paid for an extra 'conventional' lifetime plan and could create a backup that... I can't download because of a bug on the client. I will revise my opinion here when problems will be solved because my 10TB are still perfectly useless.

Lots of EU based, encrypted storage

Couldn't resist a great deal for their Drive which gives a lot of storage. Client-side encryption and EU hosting are a must for me personally so this is great. So far I've uploaded 2.64 Terabytes in a couple of days and also tested downloading some of it back and all seems well!

Bought last year a lifetime 2TB cloud…

Bought last year a lifetime 2TB cloud storage. It stored the data, but retrieving the data looks to be a problem from time to time. After complain received days later a message that there was downtime. Bad luck you think, but I see nowadays more problems when getting the data when I need it.

If Internxt is not able to provide the service the client paid for, then the system is just garbage and refund should be on its place imho.

No refunds. No support (total ignore)

UPD They answered me October 17th (after 2.5 weeks), I got refund, so I up my rate to 3/5. Below my original experience. Once again: be careful when canceling an order, and be sure to request a refund, it is not automatic.

I signed up for an annual subscription for €53.98 on September 30th (Invoice number INXT-49226 btw). I immediately unlinked my card because I wasn't sure I'd continue using the service. And I got my Free plan back immediately.
The company COMPLETELY ignores all inquiries—zero response via Intercom. Zero response via email `hello`. They simply took my money. And yet they write about a "30-day money-back guarantee" on the homepage.
A scam, in a word.

I can't get through to support

I'll say right away that the service is good, the design is nice, but the support for this service is something terrible and bad. You won't get a response from support. I want to return the 1 TB tariff plan that I canceled. At first, I thought that if I canceled the subscription (this works for all services), it would work until the end of the paid period so that auto-renewal wouldn't work, but no, I canceled and lost access to my TB because I bought 1 terabyte here for use. I demand that they extend it until 2027.

They took my money, then removed features.

I paid for 5TB of backup storage in Feb 2025. That is what I received I still have many gigs of data in it but as of Aug/Sep I can no longer backup my files as the feature was turned off and they want me to pay more money to RE-enable it. I have emailed them but now my email address is blocked. All I wanted is for the feature to be turned on. I am now looking into legal action as backup was included when I purchased the plan from Internxt.com.

Honored 30 day refund and zippy online platform.

Nathan, my customer service rep was awesome! Not only did he assist me in my matter (a 30-day refund, which was honored) but the process was smooth. Prior to the refund he offered to get me in contact with support and assist with any issues I may need.

The platform itself performed quite well on the browser and the speed was acceptable.

You can safely give Internxt a chance :)

Internxt has proven to be an unreliable and unstable service

I purchased a Lifetime 2 TB plan from Internxt in 2024, expecting reliable backups. Instead, the service has been unstable from the very beginning: uploads fail, sync doesn’t work, and backups cannot be completed. Even after updates and promises from support (including a partial refund as acknowledgment), nothing has improved.

Internxt is unreliable and unstable. After a year, the core function — secure backup — still doesn’t work. My advice: don’t fall for vague promises. If it doesn’t work, demand fixes or a refund and escalate to consumer protection authorities. Only collective pressure will make this company accountable.

I subscribed to the 3 TB plan and had a technical issue at the beginning. It’s true that support took about 24 hours to reply, and I almost fell into the mistake of believing the negative reviews I had read about their customer service. However, this morning I was assisted by a technician named Nathan, whose professionalism, kindness, and dedication were outstanding. In just 30 minutes he helped me set everything up, gave me valuable advice, and offered his help for any future issues. I’m very happy and grateful for the service I received.

Earlier fan but now don't work as promise

I used to be a fan of Internxt and gave it 5 stars, but now this company works weirdly. There are lots of bugs on the drive, and they are breaking their promises. Three or four years ago, they promised everything would be included in the lifetime plan, but now they are asking me to upgrade and also to buy more plans. I am losing trust and feel guilty for recommending it to my friends. They don't answer any emails, or it takes months for them to reply.

Cannot recommend: doesn't work as advertised. Customer support doesn't answer

If things don't improve in the coming days, I'm going to ask for a refund. I bought the lifelime 1TB recently, and on the website it says it comes with Antivirus and VPN, but those options are not available, and the app tells me I need to upgrade to get those options.
I contacted support several days ago, and there hasn't been a reply, even if the automatic reply says that the average reply time is 3 hours. Well I have been waiting for 5 days, and still nothing.
Also uploading a few GB to the cloud took FOREVER (days).
