Arrived a day late
Placed an order for roses for Valentine’s Day on 27th January, they didn’t arrive until the day after. I phoned the company in the afternoon of Valentine’s Day and they confirmed that they wouldn’t arrive and would probably arrive the following day. Sort of misses the point getting them delivered the day after. Was Royal Mail that didn’t deliver but probably wouldn’t order from again. They did say they would “make amends” but haven’t heard from them since!

Fantastic service
I have received nothing but amazing service from InterROSE
I had an idea of what I wanted but they really helped me flesh it out and create a unique bespoke order
They communicated several ideas based on my own and were extremely thoughtful for the whole process
The price was really reasonable and I don't think I could have found my bespoke order anywhere else cheaper and I definitely wouldn't have gotten the level of customer service anywhere else

The single red rose I sent to my partner was beautiful and lasted almost two weeks! Carefully packaged so arrived in perfect condition and on the date selected.

Saved the wedding day!
I cannot recommend this company enough. Not only are their flowers beautiful, good valve for money, delivered on time but the customer service is another level - they went the extra mile to ensure we got our wedding flower very late order (1 day turnaround with delivery before 9am) after being let down by another company the day before the wedding. This company genuinely saved out day!

I won't be using this service again
I ordered the rose in plenty of time. 2 weeks prior. Luxury Naomi Red Rose and the pictures looked great. However when the rose arrived it was pretty much close to being dead. For the price I paid I could have bought a bunch of fresh flowers that would have lasted much longer.
